“I used to by these product on eBay. I was happy to find a website that can sell genuine Herbalife products for reasonable prices. However the shipping cost is putting me off a bit as I can buy it on eBay for the same price and shipping free. However I am still glad that DietBud exists.”

Thank's so much for your review Lenka! We're very glad you've found us as well :-) The thing with eBay is, the products aren't always genuine, plus it's against Herbalife policy to sell on eBay or Amazon, so 9 times out of 10, the sellers aren't based in the UK and could be counterfit products. Buying with Official Distributors (like ourselves) means you are guaranteed to get 100% authentic Herbalife products, shipped directly from Herbalife Europe. Regarding delivery, its a flat charge that DPD charge us for shipping out, so there's not alot we can do, we don't make a profit on postage (in fact we actually make a 1p loss every order!). However, if you order over £75 worth of products, shipping is FREE. I hope that helps. And of course you get a £5 discount on your next order after you've left us this review. Thanks alot! Ben

Hello there, thanks for your review! Herbalife recently changed the ingredients slightly into the Mint Choc, so whilst the flavour isn't massively changed, I understand where you're coming from as there is no longer any actual mint chocolate chip bits. What I would advise is to ensure you use a blender if possible, I've tried it myself and I can taste the difference but it isn't overly worse off than before, but if it isn't blended, I can't imagine it tasting very nice! We'll feedback your comments to Herbalife directly however, and obviously moving forward we hope you find another shake flavour you enjoy :) - A favourite of ours is Raspberry & Blueberry :) Thanks Ben
