“Although I have purchased from Digital Devices several times over a number of years, this being for smaller items, this was the first major purchase I have made from them. Our sales representative (Jay) was outstanding it meeting my expectations and delivering a good price on the purchased of batch of Dell OptiPlex computers and Dell monitors. Previously, I have dealt with another third-party who only just come in cheaper than buying direct from Dell, but Digital Devices provided a far cheaper option for exactly the same product. Their order processing and delivery were very fast and efficient. Jay always kept me in the loop on what was happening. On all future Dell purchases, I will certainly go to Digital Devices first. :-)”

“Umair is a great salesperson, friendly and approachable, and we are very happy with his service. The product range is huge and we use Digital Devices for the majority of our network and IT-related enquiries, apart from when the product is not supported by you. Honestly we'd like to get you some more orders; it's difficult to get feedback from our Libyan clients but considering we have won orders with you before, I think your prices are competitive. Moving forward we should continue as we are and hopefully we'll start seeing some orders, it's possible we are being beaten by other suppliers who are cheaper but these clients also often take 4-6 months to make a purchase decision, so there is that element too. Regardless feel free to chase me for an update or for a discussion on ongoing quotations anytime!”
