Digital Direct scammed my business into advertising on a hotel information kiosk that might as well be in a closet. The video design was elementary. I tried to cancel the contract before the end of the second year, and was told by a "project manager" it would cancel automatically. Instead, it rolled over automatically into a third year, as is Digital Direct's MO. That's how they make big money. They have been threatening me with legal action for the past 7 months. I really want to think it's some kind of bluff. How could any of this be real when it's so obviously illegitimate? I've never encounter such a massive lie.

I wish I had read the reviews, but they got me too. Lots more money than told, salesmanNick Slade was out and out liar. Near £1000 paid so far and no advert! All these people that had reviewed are correct. I don't know how they have got any stars. Avoid con artists at all costs. Something should be done about this company. I am locked into a minimum 2 year contract now. I will be going to trading standards.

Horrible.. Got scammed for over 11k and now they are saying I owe them 11K more due to not canceling in writing. I have COUNTLESS email correspondence with this company explaining a great deal of frustration and lack of service provided. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could give -10 ten stars, I would. This company has 0 Ethics and 0 professionalism. It's a scam that takes your money and sends you childish ad videos when there are no customers from their ad. It does not give any insight into the advertising times. It lies over the lies. BOunding contract, harassment, and trying to ruin your credit score. They bounding you to contract which is UK based, and we are in Republic. Shamples company. I wonder where consumers right looking. As at the moment we in Republic trying to escalate this company to consumers rights and protection. Litterally taking it to the watch dog.

Much like everyone else I was sold something that has not transpired. A regularly displayed video in a busy Dr surgery. In reality it was played a few times per day including when the surgery was closed. I was also not informed of an extortionate admin fee (almost a third of the cost) only realised when payment was much higher and told that I had signed to agree it when the print was tiny on a tablet and below the much larger monthly figures. Why list figures but leave out a few and only place it in much smaller writing below? Because they want your eye drawn away from it. The T&C box was ticked for me that I had read it, scrolled past on his tablet and asked to sign a DD. (Found this out later when the contract was sent to me). By the time you realise these things all of sudden you have signed this contract and therefore knowingly agreed and therefore must pay! Luckily I told them I would not sign a 2 year contract, managed to get the admin fee removed by taking it to the top. I've lost £1000 for absolutely no business to show for it but I consider myself lucky as some people have lost much more. Do not engage with this company

They are a terrible company. Avoid at all cost. I have not been satisfied with the service but the contracts they lock you into make it impossible to stop paying them. Do not do business with them. I'm being scammed by them as we speak.

This is a SCAM - horrible Company. They make their money by asking you to sign a contract but the advertisement won't give you any clients at all, not a SINGLE client! Get away from them!

I regret to say that my experience with Direct Digital has been extremely disappointing. Despite their promises, I have seen no results from their services. There has been a complete lack of transparency from the start, and I was lured into the contract with promises that were never kept. They assured me of the placement of a digital concierge and guaranteed no competitor ads on the digital kiosk. None of these promises were fulfilled. In fact, I have yet to see my ad run on the kiosk at all. My contract with Direct Digital has been a complete waste of time and money. I feel scammed and exploited as a small business owner. The funds I am forced to pay them could be put to much better use. Once you sign up, you're stuck paying them until your contract ends, regardless of their lack of performance. I strongly advise other businesses to stay away from this company.

Do not engage with this company, sales person trick you to fake information just to get you signing their contract. They lied to us introducing as a local company and they are making people in Ireland sign a binding contract under UK law, don't even know if this is legal. Ensure to disable all your DIRECT DEBIT and do not engage with them. Be careful... it's a pity this company has already committed fraud in other countries and still trading in Europe and the UK. Unbelievable.

Digital Direct is a not a marketing company, it's a gang of con artists. The sales team is aggressive and fast-talking. They push a two-year contract. Then, provide mediocre artwork at best, and wait to renew, collect, renew. The ad for my company is on a kiosk in a hotel. The kiosk is almost empty of ads. It's embarrassing. I tried to cancel the contract on the phone, having no idea it was going to run into a third year. They gave me a run around until the contract renewed automatically. Now, they say they've turned it over to collections or small claims court. Extracting as much money as possible is Digital Direct's only interest. Stay away. The photo shows the kiosk. Only three categories are live, and each category has only one or two business ads. (One of the few closed two years ago). The hotel manager is embarrassed and frustrated, too.

This is a horrible company who promises the sky, delivers very little and then makes it impossible to stop paying. We are a nonprofit pay-it-forward restaurant, so I have paid out of my own pocket.

I don't even know where to start with this HORRIFIC company. A pushy sales man came out and told me a loads of bull. Scrolled through the terms and conditions and said sign there that just says what I've told you. The ad was hardly shown. The tele is rarely on at the practice. I have evidence to back this up. Now I have debt collectors on my back for 2600!!! Why on earth would I pay that for something I don't even receive. I'm a small cafe with 2 or 3 staff and to be mis sold and ripped off to this extreme is an absolute joke. No wonder small business don't last long with con artists like this around. Avoid at all costs I am seeking legal action!!!@

If I could give -10 stars I would they have took us to county court to pay thousands telling them before anything went live I did not want there services, they have now carried on them billing after endless emails saying I dont want it, they have nearly destroyed our business what we have worked so hard to build. Please stay away from theses con artists they don’t care about you or your best interests only care about lining there pockets by scamming people

Direct Digital promises the world but delivers nothing but headaches. Their sales tactics are deceitful, their editing skills are amateurish, and their service is abysmal. Deceptive Sales Practices: The sales team employs pushy tactics, making promises they never intend to fulfill. Don't fall for their smooth talk and false assurances. Shoddy Editing: The video editing they claim to offer is a joke. It looks like something slapped together from a cheap template, and you'll likely end up having to do the work yourself. Hidden Fees and Misleading Contracts: The contract is a labyrinth of tiny print designed to trip you up. They'll sneak in extra charges, and what they quote you initially bears no resemblance to what you'll aay. Cancellation Hassles: Trying to cancel is a nightmare. If you don't jump through hoops within a narrow window, they'll trap you into renewing your contract without your consent. Zero ROI: Despite their lofty promises, Direct Digital won't help you make a single penny. Save your money and invest in more effective advertising channels like Facebook outreach. Nonexistent Customer Service: Technical issues are a constant problem, and good luck getting any meaningful support from their team. You're left paying for a service that rarely delivers. Lack of Transparency and Integrity: They thrive on deceit and opacity, leaving customers feeling scammed and cheated. Don't trust a company that operates with such blatant disregard for honesty and fairness. Now I am not in a position to pay for the last months and I asked to stop the payment since they could not show my ad for weeks with a total of months and I did not earn a single penny or call. They agreed to reduce the payment to £50 for 2 months and then go up to 87 for 6 months. This changed nothing. I also got charged today when the dd start the 12. Looks like they are in a rush to get my payment so I do not know why they are so messy and do not charge the day they should of DD. But I get it I signed the contract even though it was not the right thing for me but since the salesman cared about making the sale without truly helping you to make a decision I guess I have to report it to the fraud department. This is simply a big scam and for as long as they can say they are in the right, well, simply read other people's reviews ( people that have not been invited) Save yourself the headache and avoid Direct Digital at all costs. Their unethical practices and subpar services make them a company best left in the dust.

Run as fast as you can. They scam you. Give you no option for way out of the contract. Then they bully and threaten you for a payment. They even have their own debt collector company. I can’t get my head around how they are allowed to operate with that kind of business model. SCAM!!!! RUN!!!

I signed up with these not realising it was a fixed 2 year contract. The salesman was so convincing that for what I pay I'll get back in business. Not had a single lead! I went with it because I was low on customers and it seemed a good idea at the time. I cancelled the direct debit and now I'm being threatened with court
