"Digital Direct is a not a marketing company, it's a gang of con artists. The sales team is aggressive and fast-talking. They push a two-year contract. Then, provide mediocre artwork at best, and wait to renew, collect, renew. The ad for my company is on a kiosk in a hotel. The kiosk is almost empty of ads. It's embarrassing. I tried to cancel the contract on the phone, having no idea it was going to run into a third year. They gave me a run around until the contract renewed automatically. Now, they say they've turned it over to collections or small claims court. Extracting as much money as possible is Digital Direct's only interest. Stay away. \r\n\r\nThe photo shows the kiosk.
