"Digital Direct is a not a marketing company, it's a gang of con artists. The sales team is aggressive and fast-talking. They push a two-year contract. Then, provide mediocre artwork at best, and wait to renew, collect, renew. The ad for my company is on a kiosk in a hotel. The kiosk is almost empty of ads. It's embarrassing. I tried to cancel the contract on the phone, having no idea it was going to run into a third year. They gave me a run around until the contract renewed automatically. Now, they say they've turned it over to collections or small claims court. Extracting as much money as possible is Digital Direct's only interest. Stay away. \r\n\r\nThe photo shows the kiosk. Only three categories are live, and each category has only one or two business ads. (One of the few closed two years ago). The hotel manager is embarrassed and frustrated, too."

"Hi every one \r\nI am writing this review behalf of our business at Canada, Guelph, Ontario. We are family and small owned business . We had their sale person named : Cornehus Oconnor at our location , they tied us into a 2 year contract in locations that even don't have equipment to run the ads and they were aware of it clearly . We tried very hard to contact them via email, phone calls but never received proper answer and they are very unprofessional and responsive . That was terrible mistake to trust DIRECT DIGITAL as they are scammers .Here I include their sale person's picture to avoid any other scammers and prevent same bad experience for others. See the picture of sale person too. Remember his face.\r\nPlease be aware of this SCAMMERS.,..."
