“Hi every one I am writing this review behalf of our business at Canada, Guelph, Ontario. We are family and small owned business . We had their sale person named : Cornehus Oconnor at our location , they tied us into a 2 year contract in locations that even don't have equipment to run the ads and they were aware of it clearly . We tried very hard to contact them via email, phone calls but never received proper answer and they are very unprofessional and responsive . That was terrible mistake to trust DIRECT DIGITAL as they are scammers .Here I include their sale person's picture to avoid any other scammers and prevent same bad experience for others. See the picture of sale person too. Remember his face. Please be aware of this SCAMMERS.,...”

“Avoid. Horrible service, no communication, no one replies tp your emails or phone calls. Absolutely fraud. Scammers.. 6 months in contract - no material provided. They actualy sent me PDf - something that 12y old would create. Tried to cancel and dispute the initial payment.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID The salesmen are conmen they lure you in with incorrect pricing and absolute smoke and mirrors. The company do not respond to emails or phone calls, tied into a 2 year contract and have to design my own ad which I imagine will never see the light of day. The ad they provided was DISGUSTING spelling mistakes, grammar incorrect, wrong designs just absolutely shocking...these are not graphic designers!!!! I signed up in December received this terrible excuse for an ad in March! They are rude, ignorant rob dogs I have asked who their regulating body is no response. They also don't seem to have a timescale for dealing with complaints JOHN SAYER was the rep who visited me I am a small business and really believed the nonsense and how it would benefit me, and now I need to find time to make an ad as their graphic designers can't Just save yourself the stress, tears and frustration if dealing with them. You have more chance if plaiting fog than getting a professional service or response from them”

“A bunch of SCAMMERS trying their best to make their illegitimate business sone money, while trying to operate within the restrictions of the legal realm DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR COURT SCARING TACTICS! I didnt receive anything I was promised, the ad was poor quality and they started taking their monthly DD in June, I didnt approve my ad until 3rd July, I CANCELLED LED MY DD, until we got it sorted. Instead of the ad that I was promised a £100 plus VAT, I got brushed over to this debt collection agency, if you do a company check, you'll see the married owners and the registered address. If we all counter their scare tactics, we would win without a doubt! Everyone that paid money to them, tell me how much you paid in total, what the name of your company and a brief statement of what they owe you this money. I paid £300 deposit, I want this back for not providing the service they provided. £1000 for loss of earnings as I've had to find another ad agency and finally £5000 for a poor representation on my company until July 3rd. I then found out a v poorly designed ad had been running since June. I told them to stop running my ad at the end of june and that's when they used their SCARE TACTICS, no judge would ever make a small business like mine pay for 2 years of advertising plus hidden fees. Not a chance! I have evidence of a tiny blue screen, that patients sit with their back to, it's laughable. Look forward to hearing from you ALL. E”

“Wish I had read the reviews before I signed the agreement. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs! I am an Osteopath and agreed to place an advert before the Covid pandemic in a medical practice. By the time the proofs had arrived we all went into lockdown and therefore GP practices were all closed. I tried to phone and email to cancel the advert or at the very least to discuss things. Absolutely no response. The without my knowledge they went ahead with the advert in another location which was no good to me. Had no business from the advert and they refused to make any concession on the price. I took legal advice but was informed the contract means they can pretty much do as they like.”

“Terriable company AVOID at all cost Terrible company, amateur designs, cheap professionals, deceptive salespeople. We've agreed with the salesperson who came to our shop on one year advertising. We've agreed get our campaign ready and live in Cedar Hotel within 2 weeks because our season is going to end within 2 months. We asked them to prove their promises to us as we do not have enough knowledge about DD!! Everything was not as agreed! The salesperson was so convincing, he did not give us enough time to read over the agreement! However, Advert first proof was received two months later, the design of the advert was awful, the content was amateur, the contract was for 24 months not 12. The season was over when the proof arrived in Nov 2021. We made it clear to them that we are unhappy with their services and that we lost faith in DD. Yet, they insisted on harassing us with their deceptive tele-sales people. They just do not take no for an answer. We paid them £250 cash on the spot and this is what we get! The irony in the matter is that as digital advertising company they do everything online and via emails, yet when you need to cancel your agreement with them they demand a postal confirmation! This company has done nothing for us. This company will never do anything for us. This review is going to be circulated everywhere on the cyber space as a result of their gross professional misconduct so we can protect other business and the general public. “Beware! Been trying to get out of a contract thats way done, but they keep invoicing us. Sent them an email last year ( bcuz somewhere in the contract it says you can’t cancel till you give 6 months notice which was already done. No one replies back and so can’t get out. Need advice where to go to stop this harassment from them .”

“SCAAAAAAM!!!!!! AVOID!!! Please do not use this company , Could we all agree to get in touch and report this to the right authority and Companies house , They are an absolute disgrace and I wish that I could read the reviews before signing in to this contract with DIRECT DIGITAL , Please lets find each other here ( 07586482002) and do something before is too late, there will be more victims like us ... “If I could only give less than 1star I would, t scammed us like others , I asked so many times to cancel my contract sending them emails but it looks it's too late for me they will roll me for another year because they require 6months notice and you have to send a letter in 21st century.scammers.they will give you iPad to sign contract and after they are coming back to the office to change the terms and fake your signatures.you will not get your copy till it's court time.”

“I used them here in the USA. They ran my ad near my office for the first few months, then moved them to out of state. I do not have offices out of state. They claimed this was within the terms I agreed upon, but come on. Why do that to a business you know has only one office. trash company just trying to take easy money.”

“These people contacted me when I first opened my business 4 years ago. They called non stop. They claimed to run ads at a hotel nonstop. And that anyone that wanted to get serviced at my business would be able to take a van straight to my business. After a guy came and had me sign paper work and get my info.. I decided to call the hotel which had there digital screen. They told me they did not have a van that would take guests to businesses. They straight up will tell you anything to get you to sign the paperwork. They are a bait and switch scam artist company. Luckily the idiot that got my info didn’t get my credit card info correctly. They will continue to harass until they get there money. Terrible terrible people.”

“This company are a totally rip off (we never got a customer when the add was running) The shop (Post office Sudbury) closed and our add was going 14 miles away We could not cancel as per small print. Thought this treatment was dead but sadly companies like this are still out there. My advice read every line as small print is a total rip off and you have to give 6 months notice to terminate before term end . That is a total rip off. I then told them my daughter who took the add out has just lost her son and they still charged us to cancel. Disgusting and i will spread these words until the day i die, you just cant treat people like this. Once they have your money they never answer the phone until you cancel the direct debit. Please i welcome a response to this my email is kimwhymark@gmail.com Never have we been treated like this in 25 years. Total waste of time and if you are considering to advertise with these people think again or burn your money as this will probably get a better response.”

“High pressured commission only sales people. Delays in confirmation taking you out with 14 day cancellation. Be very careful with contract small print. The have right to cancel or change your contract, you don’t. Terrible Customer service and dispute resolution. If it’s too late and you have signed - Report to Trading Standards, FSB and obtain support from Business Debt Organisations.”

“Direct Digital promises the world but delivers nothing but headaches. Their sales tactics are deceitful, their editing skills are amateurish, and their service is abysmal. Deceptive Sales Practices: The sales team employs pushy tactics, making promises they never intend to fulfill. Don't fall for their smooth talk and false assurances. Shoddy Editing: The video editing they claim to offer is a joke. It looks like something slapped together from a cheap template, and you'll likely end up having to do the work yourself. Hidden Fees and Misleading Contracts: The contract is a labyrinth of tiny print designed to trip you up. They'll sneak in extra charges, and what they quote you initially bears no resemblance to what you'll aay. Cancellation Hassles: Trying to cancel is a nightmare. If you don't jump through hoops within a narrow window, they'll trap you into renewing your contract without your consent. Zero ROI: Despite their lofty promises, Direct Digital won't help you make a single penny. Save your money and invest in more effective advertising channels like Facebook outreach. Nonexistent Customer Service: Technical issues are a constant problem, and good luck getting any meaningful support from their team. You're left paying for a service that rarely delivers. Lack of Transparency and Integrity: They thrive on deceit and opacity, leaving customers feeling scammed and cheated. Don't trust a company that operates with such blatant disregard for honesty and fairness. Now I am not in a position to pay for the last months and I asked to stop the payment since they could not show my ad for weeks with a total of months and I did not earn a single penny or call. They agreed to reduce the payment to £50 for 2 months and then go up to 87 for 6 months. This changed nothing. I also got charged today when the dd start the 12. Looks like they are in a rush to get my payment so I do not know why they are so messy and do not charge the day they should of DD. But I get it I signed the contract even though it was not the right thing for me but since the salesman cared about making the sale without truly helping you to make a decision I guess I have to report it to the fraud department. This is simply a big scam and for as long as they can say they are in the right, well, simply read other people's reviews ( people that have not been invited) Save yourself the headache and avoid Direct Digital at all costs. Their unethical practices and subpar services make them a company best left in the dust.”

“Please avoid using this scam company i’ve had to pay them in order to settle for a service that is a hard sell and achieves nothing meant to be an advert on a tv screen in the doctors however the screen is tiny and it’s unreadable absolutely avoid”

“Run!!!! Please dont sign up for this. Ian Stirling their sales rep will say just about anything for u to sign up and you will be bound with this contract but read into it properly. Service is poor, screens are small and nowhere to be seen. Run run run”
