“They limit your ability to withdraw funds when you deposit money to purchase bitcoin, keeping your money in the account since they inflate the value of cryptocurrencies. They require even more money to withdraw under the guise of verification, but as soon as you make this deposit, they'll demand even more money! Save your time and money—it's a scam! “Do not use this company or fall for their predatory sales tactics. They target small businesses, promising an influx of sales and reservations by putting in a "digital concierge" in a hotel lobby that will allow customers to find things to do. They talk a big game about how all the staff at the hotels directs their guests to the concierge for things to do, but having sat in one of these hotels for 3 hours sipping coffee, it goes largely ignored. Your "ad" if you even want to call it that, is cheaply designed by outsourced labor and they offer you "edits" with a team that has large turnover and zero response time. I've been advertising with them for a year and after onboarding the only time anyone has reached out to me was to collect for a second year of fees! When you attempt to cancel a contract and not renew they threaten you with legal action and compel you to pay for another year. You're seriously better off setting your money on fire. Do not use them.”

“I saw an interview over the much hype Tesla Financial program and invested the initial minimum of USD 240000, after then i started getting an incessant barrage of phone calls from this broker who tried to pressure me to increase my investment to the next and after so as to double my returns. I finally ended investing a total of USD 540000 before i tuned him off completely. When I demanded to withdraw my investment after 2months, he stopped taking my calls nor responding to my mails. I tried all means of communication and seeking help to retrieve my funds but i was unsuccessful. “This organization is deceitful, manipulating individuals into investing their hard-earned money with false promises of profits. They later demand personal information for withdrawals, threatening loss of access to funds if not provided. I personally experienced this situation, as they refused to allow me to withdraw my money from their investing platform. “Wish I could give ZERO Stars. Told me a digital kiosk was being built in a local hotel. So of course I went down to see my new ad! The hotel told me they never heard of them. And of course there is no kiosk. Not now not ever. I fought fraud charges with my credit card and won but they do keep sending these fake legal action emails. Avoid. I’m so mad at myself.”

“I'm so lucky that I read these reviews before we both signed the contract. Also lucky there was a delay in naming me on a colleagues business. Threats really don't wash with me. Thank you to all who spoke the truth about this company. I truly believe the positive reviews are fake. Guess we'll find out soon. I'm going to ask trust pilot to look into the reviews, even what I know to be truthful ones. I don't know if they will put this up as I have to leave an email address. I'm not prepared to leave the persons email address who's business it is. They are so stressed out and are now suffering from anxiety. Thank gosh they stopped the direct debit and have their bank on their side”

“Digital Direct scammed my business into advertising on a hotel information kiosk that might as well be in a closet. The video design was elementary. I tried to cancel the contract before the end of the second year, and was told by a "project manager" it would cancel automatically. Instead, it rolled over automatically into a third year, as is Digital Direct's MO. That's how they make big money. They have been threatening me with legal action for the past 7 months. I really want to think it's some kind of bluff. How could any of this be real when it's so obviously illegitimate? I've never encounter such a massive lie.”

“I wish I had read the reviews, but they got me too. Lots more money than told, salesmanNick Slade was out and out liar. Near £1000 paid so far and no advert! All these people that had reviewed are correct. I don't know how they have got any stars. Avoid con artists at all costs. Something should be done about this company. I am locked into a minimum 2 year contract now. I will be going to trading standards.”

“If I could give -10 ten stars, I would. This company has 0 Ethics and 0 professionalism. It's a scam that takes your money and sends you childish ad videos when there are no customers from their ad. It does not give any insight into the advertising times. It lies over the lies. BOunding contract, harassment, and trying to ruin your credit score. They bounding you to contract which is UK based, and we are in Republic. Shamples company. I wonder where consumers right looking. As at the moment we in Republic trying to escalate this company to consumers rights and protection. Litterally taking it to the watch dog.”
