“Hi every one I am writing this review behalf of our business at Canada, Guelph, Ontario. We are family and small owned business . We had their sale person named : Cornehus Oconnor at our location , they tied us into a 2 year contract in locations that even don't have equipment to run the ads and they were aware of it clearly . We tried very hard to contact them via email, phone calls but never received proper answer and they are very unprofessional and responsive . That was terrible mistake to trust DIRECT DIGITAL as they are scammers .Here I include their sale person's picture to avoid any other scammers and prevent same bad experience for others. See the picture of sale person too. Remember his face. Please be aware of this SCAMMERS.,...”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID The salesmen are conmen they lure you in with incorrect pricing and absolute smoke and mirrors. The company do not respond to emails or phone calls, tied into a 2 year contract and have to design my own ad which I imagine will never see the light of day. The ad they provided was DISGUSTING spelling mistakes, grammar incorrect, wrong designs just absolutely shocking...these are not graphic designers!!!! I signed up in December received this terrible excuse for an ad in March! They are rude, ignorant rob dogs I have asked who their regulating body is no response. They also don't seem to have a timescale for dealing with complaints JOHN SAYER was the rep who visited me I am a small business and really believed the nonsense and how it would benefit me, and now I need to find time to make an ad as their graphic designers can't Just save yourself the stress, tears and frustration if dealing with them. You have more chance if plaiting fog than getting a professional service or response from them”

“Cant complain! The 30second Advert they created for my Escape Room looks the real deal and I have had a great response from the QR Code promotion included on the ad in the hotels downtown and my social media.”

“Terriable company AVOID at all cost Terrible company, amateur designs, cheap professionals, deceptive salespeople. We've agreed with the salesperson who came to our shop on one year advertising. We've agreed get our campaign ready and live in Cedar Hotel within 2 weeks because our season is going to end within 2 months. We asked them to prove their promises to us as we do not have enough knowledge about DD!! Everything was not as agreed! The salesperson was so convincing, he did not give us enough time to read over the agreement! However, Advert first proof was received two months later, the design of the advert was awful, the content was amateur, the contract was for 24 months not 12. The season was over when the proof arrived in Nov 2021. We made it clear to them that we are unhappy with their services and that we lost faith in DD. Yet, they insisted on harassing us with their deceptive tele-sales people. They just do not take no for an answer. We paid them £250 cash on the spot and this is what we get! The irony in the matter is that as digital advertising company they do everything online and via emails, yet when you need to cancel your agreement with them they demand a postal confirmation! This company has done nothing for us. This company will never do anything for us. This review is going to be circulated everywhere on the cyber space as a result of their gross professional misconduct so we can protect other business and the general public. “The worse company I've ever come across ... never reply to emails sign you into things don't fulfill their end of the deal amd use small print to get out of everything. Charge £400 admin charges ... Honestly if you're reading this avoid like the plague!!”

“Absolute cowboys and thief’s. The contract is solely set up for them to abuse their clients to the fullest extent. The so called ‘ads’ were a copy and paste power point presentation, absolutely horrendous. They even changed our logo without permission. The people you speak to on the phone spin you lie after lie, I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!”

“NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Advertised with them at an estate agents in Collier Row Romford Essex for 3 years and never ever received one call in regards to the advert. Trust me, DO NOT advertise with them. You will just be throwing your money away. You've been warned”

“Scammers... unethical and non performing company.... keep taking money out of our business account two years after and have to keep putting stop payments on our bank account. BEWARE! Thieves and untrustworthy. Leon Barber from Ottawa, Ontario was my salesman. DO NOT TRUST!”

“We signed a two year contract. Was promised six new advertising ads per year. Never happened. We only received a proof of the original ad, which were screen shots of our existing website. We asked for some edits and corrections to be made. They never responded. I never saw my company in the rotation at the said location. I emailed several times complaints, all ignored! even asked for money back....nothing! After two years expired, I started getting monthly invoices and told I'm bound by a rolling contract. And I was supposed to give six months notice to cancel.. pretty sure my email calling them scammers and demanding my money back only months in should count as a cancellation. Seriously stay clear of them.”

“Desperately trying to get out of a rolling contract that we seem to have signed up for. We are in a fourth year. Paula Green of their litigation dept is not interested in anything but enforcing the small print. The service we received was substandard but they are threatening me with court and £1000's in fees and costs. My business partner died recently and I am left alone to deal with these autocrats. The terms that were sold to us under high pressure did not cover this 'unending contract'.”

“Beware! Been trying to get out of a contract thats way done, but they keep invoicing us. Sent them an email last year ( bcuz somewhere in the contract it says you can’t cancel till you give 6 months notice which was already done. No one replies back and so can’t get out. Need advice where to go to stop this harassment from them .”

“This service sucks! It says you can watch NFL games, but it keeps freezing up! They say they have a 7 day free trial period, but then make it very hard to get your money back. Don't deal with these jerks!”

“Terrible company, Sales rep comes out and gives you all this spiel how their adverts will generate loads of new business and that they only let local companies advertise. We took the advert out with them and it has generated zero leads and they actually advertise national companies so its not just local businesses. Our contact was originally for 2 years but what they "forget" to point out embedded in the T&C's is that it is automatic/rolling contract, whereby if you don't give them 6 MONTHS notice the contract is renewed again, so yet again you are paying for something that generates you zero business”
