“The worse company I've ever come across ... never reply to emails sign you into things don't fulfill their end of the deal amd use small print to get out of everything. Charge £400 admin charges ... Honestly if you're reading this avoid like the plague!!”

“Absolute cowboys and thief’s. The contract is solely set up for them to abuse their clients to the fullest extent. The so called ‘ads’ were a copy and paste power point presentation, absolutely horrendous. They even changed our logo without permission. The people you speak to on the phone spin you lie after lie, I cannot stress enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!”

“NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Advertised with them at an estate agents in Collier Row Romford Essex for 3 years and never ever received one call in regards to the advert. Trust me, DO NOT advertise with them. You will just be throwing your money away. You've been warned”

“Scammers... unethical and non performing company.... keep taking money out of our business account two years after and have to keep putting stop payments on our bank account. BEWARE! Thieves and untrustworthy. Leon Barber from Ottawa, Ontario was my salesman. DO NOT TRUST!”

“We signed a two year contract. Was promised six new advertising ads per year. Never happened. We only received a proof of the original ad, which were screen shots of our existing website. We asked for some edits and corrections to be made. They never responded. I never saw my company in the rotation at the said location. I emailed several times complaints, all ignored! even asked for money back....nothing! After two years expired, I started getting monthly invoices and told I'm bound by a rolling contract. And I was supposed to give six months notice to cancel.. pretty sure my email calling them scammers and demanding my money back only months in should count as a cancellation. Seriously stay clear of them.”

“Desperately trying to get out of a rolling contract that we seem to have signed up for. We are in a fourth year. Paula Green of their litigation dept is not interested in anything but enforcing the small print. The service we received was substandard but they are threatening me with court and £1000's in fees and costs. My business partner died recently and I am left alone to deal with these autocrats. The terms that were sold to us under high pressure did not cover this 'unending contract'.”

“Beware! Been trying to get out of a contract thats way done, but they keep invoicing us. Sent them an email last year ( bcuz somewhere in the contract it says you can’t cancel till you give 6 months notice which was already done. No one replies back and so can’t get out. Need advice where to go to stop this harassment from them .”

“This service sucks! It says you can watch NFL games, but it keeps freezing up! They say they have a 7 day free trial period, but then make it very hard to get your money back. Don't deal with these jerks!”

“Terrible company, Sales rep comes out and gives you all this spiel how their adverts will generate loads of new business and that they only let local companies advertise. We took the advert out with them and it has generated zero leads and they actually advertise national companies so its not just local businesses. Our contact was originally for 2 years but what they "forget" to point out embedded in the T&C's is that it is automatic/rolling contract, whereby if you don't give them 6 MONTHS notice the contract is renewed again, so yet again you are paying for something that generates you zero business”

“Be very careful, I was told by salesman I was buying a 12 month contract, he rushed me through the paper work with distraction tactics. Turns out he signed me into a two year contract. No help from office especially obnoxious accounts person. Bullies”

“Bunch of bullies. They state they will advertise at a doctors room then state within the year they cannot fulfil it at the doctors room so will advertise elsewhere, they then state they will advertise another one a year later but out of your area, get another email to say they cannot advertise at that doctors room 4-5 years later they try to get over £9000 from you personally because they have been told the company has closed. They are rude and obnoxious. Stay away from these cowboy builder advertisers. They have been reported to trading standards”

“High pressured commission only sales people. Delays in confirmation taking you out with 14 day cancellation. Be very careful with contract small print. The have right to cancel or change your contract, you don’t. Terrible Customer service and dispute resolution. If it’s too late and you have signed - Report to Trading Standards, FSB and obtain support from Business Debt Organisations.”

“After spending quite some time selecting the model of integrated LED Tv I wanted and having a good hands on in some retail stores, I scoured the web for a supplier with the best services on offer. Digital Direct appeared to win hands down - on all levels. The sales helpdesk was extremely polite, gave me all the time I needed to discuss this important purchase and offered some good advice without appearing pushy. I placed my order on Monday afternoon and was told it would arrive that Thursday. It did - at 9:15am! “I was a little apprehensive using this retailer given previous reviews but colleagues had purchased from Digital Direct wihout problem so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered my LCD TV from them online with no problem and it was delivered on the day as promised (albeit at 19.45 in the evening).
