Dip and dive had a very hard to find item —A Mares dive computer battery and back door unit – –at a reasonable price and delivered it to me incredibly quickly. Cannot recommend DND HIGHLY enough. (Don’t get me started on Mares, but dip and Dive saved the day for me. Thank you DND!

Have dealt with Dip N Dive a few times, online only. No complaints; prices are comparable and they carry a fairly wide selection from nearly all the top brands.

I ordered the wrong battery and o-ring. This was my mistake. A costly one on my end since I paid $35 to have expedited shipping. I’m if I could get a refund I will give a high star ranking.

I notice that Amazon shipped my order from different locations. The boxes that the lights were in wore tore and parts were out rolling around in the shipping boxes. Thats 2 lights , 2 separate boxes. Still waiting on 3rd box.. Amazon made you look bad.

You may want to send these surveys a couple of weeks after the item has arrived so the buyer has time to evaluate the product, and the whole buying experience. I have not received my item as of the time this review was done.

Have bought items before with the company last year. Please be advised the no tracking number was provided last year and this year nor any type of receipt of items purchased. Would be extremely helpful to have this occur. Best - Mark

All was fine but..... I placed an order for a flashlight. It was confirmed and my Visa was charged. Then you cancelled the order for appaarent security reasons, later found to be unfounded. My Visa account was refunded. The problem is that I am out about $7 because the credit was for less than the original charge. That is because Visa like to make money. I spoke to your helpful agent and I placed the order again, along with another item, and all was fine. But I am out $7, thanks to your unnecessary cancellation. Cheers JIM

I don't think I would ever purchase from Dip n dive again. I ordered booties and the online order software never registered my order. I had to call to ensure the order was placed. I was assured that the software would be fixed and that my order would be updated, it never was. I never got a confirmation nor did I get an email stating that the order was filled and shipped. I couldn't track the shipment either. I had never ordered from dnd before so I was freaking out thinking that this could possibly be a scam company. My order finally arrived and the booties were to big. I had to pay for the return shipping and when I finally received the new booties they were also to big but instead of eating another shipping fee I sucked it up and bought some .5 mil socks to make them fit. I could of ordered from leasure pro with free shipping and I would of recieved the product in like three days. They also pay for return shipping and will continue to do so until you have the right size. With leasure pro you get tons of communication from the time you place the order till it arrives at your front door...through out the entire process. With dnd, I was left in the dark wondering if the company was even legit. If you want to compete with your competitors you really need to step up your game. Dive gear is extremely expensive and why would anyone purchase from a company where they have to worry about their purchase through out the entire process. To much headache and risk. I've purchased from leasure pro, duve gear express, subgravity, divers supply, and more and none of them left me wondering whether or not I was going to receive the product. If dnd wants to be in this business you really need to step it up because your competition has it dialed from order to delivery. Invest in your business and get it right or just stop and get out of the online side of the business.

Somehow the website extracted an address from my clipboard that had nothing to do with my order, and instead of coming to me, it went to a contact in Illinois. Very annoying.

Sent email immediately after ordering when I realized I ordered the wrong color.. asked if someone could contact me before sending out so I could change color… NO RESPONSE AT ALL… you then sent out 3 days later.
