My furniture arrived quickly and was exactly as it appeared. My only complaint is about the delivery. I entered the correct address on my order but my address was then changed so the delivery was set to the wrong building/ flat in my complex. This is not the first company this happened with so it is likely a problem with my postcode. Anyhow I would definitely order from here again but would be careful to confi the address on the order confirmation.

My chairs came seperatley in huge packages. You could definitely reduce your packaging, the chairs were plastic, why not just wrap them? Delivery was really good, the chairs were left exactly where I asked them to be left. Thank you

I bought two bar stools. They were quite shoddily wrapped when they arrived and there were some screw caps missing - luckily they are hidden from view by the seat of the chair. There were also a few scuffs and dents to the product, again, only really noticeable if you are examining the stools carefully. I am not sure I would use this website again though as I expect things to be delivered in pristine condition.

The purchase went without issues. I would appreciate if you could work with your delivery supplier to have evening and weekend delivery options for working people.

Chair nice, good quality but doesn't fit under my dining table. I have been emailing the returns team for almost a week now and not getting a response re my return.

Looks great, although no instructions in the box so have not yet been able to assembly. Delivery was prompt and hassle free

Generally very very pleased with the furniture. However, the downfall is that I recieved no email confirmation about my order meaning I had no peace of mind that my order had been processed. Subsequent to this I tried calling the main office 27 times within the opening hours to confirm my order but with no answer. I even checked the company for any recent scams due to lack of communication! For these reasons I will not be using the company again, I would rather pay more and have good customer care from a reliable company.

Very speedy international delivery and overall lovely chairs (tulip side chair). However, the cushion color wasn't the one I ordered, which was rather disappointing. Since I didn't want to return such a huge delivery to the UK I decided to keep the chairs and try to find another solution for the cushions. Not what I was expecting, therfore minus 2 stars.

I am really happy with the quality and price of the Oliver Jacobs sofa's I purchased from MDM Furniture, however I was pretty disappointed with their customer service. Firstly, it took a large number of calls to get through to speak to anyone in their office, it was constantly ringing out to answer machine. Not only did this become infuriating, but when you tried to leave a voicemail message, you couldn't be sure it would be received, as the lady on the pre-recorded message asks you to press pound when you have finished your message?? This isn't something that you can actually do! Emails messages were also not returned and as a customer it leaves you feeling a little uneasy, when you haven't received your item, but you've paid for it in full. Finally on the day the sofas were due to be delivered, we were told that they would be with us sometime in the afternoon and we would receive a call an hr before being delivered. They never showed up!! No telephone call nothing, even though they had my number. My husband and toddler waited in all afternoon, a courtesy call to say sorry would have been appreciated. Instead we were called, not by MDM, but the delivery driver the following day (Saturday), to be told he was sorry, there had been an accident the night before and they would be with within the hour. It was a good job we were home being a Saturday! A real shame having to write this as the products are good, its a shame to let customers down on service. Louise - Warwickshire

Product is really good, customer service very helpful but dzlivery was bad. The carrier did not ring me so I was not aware that he had come until I went on the lobby to collect another thing. The carrier left the product in the lobby of the building and did not let me know he had come or make me sign, and I had to carry the chair all the way up to my appartment. Someone could have stomen it and I never would have know. This is really unacceptable.

Hi there bought from you 3 tulip chairs now and each one has a poor finish , that I've had to touch up my self etc , but the service side of things is100% delivery fantastic was just a bit disappointed with the enamel finish on the chair base etc , regards mr rae

I had to cancel the chair as they couldn't confirm a delivery time. They were very polite and the refund was back in my bank account the next day.

Prior to placing the order for the bar stools I rang to check that you could do a Saturday delivery as claimed on your website. The reason being that there wasn't an area to select the delivery schedule. We were told to place the order and ring the following day to speak to Steve to arrange the Saturday delivery. We did that only to be told that you don't support Saturday deliveries. Your policy needs to be really clear and transparent to the Customer. Also the email you've sent out for the review has a typo 'bored' should read 'board'.

The website experience and delivery was perfect, easy to use, easy to register, and really quick delivery and left with my neighbour which was really helpful. The price was the best I could find of the model of chair that I wanted. However, my only concern is that the chair I ordered is white plastic and had black marks all over it, at least 5 large marks. I have had to scrub the chair with a 'magic eraser' as it is a Christmas present and wanted it to be perfect and the marks wouldn't come off with a damp cloth. If it had been a smaller product I would have sent it back for a replacement but it doesn't fit it my car and didn't want the hassle of returning such a large item/being around for a collection. It's a shame that the quality of the product or quality control has let down my experience of mdm.
