“Ordered tennis string for one tennis racket and was given tracking information of delivery by DHL. When I tried to track the item DHL had no record of the shipment number. I was just about to contact Direct Tennis when to my surprise the item arrived by Royal Mail. It would be good for a company to get the basics right.”

“Bought a pair of Yonnex badminton shoes but was slightly faulty.The glue on the left shoe was not done perfectly. This is my second pair or Yonnex shoes with this problem, it will split within a month.. badly made! Returning item is such a pain and is no guarantee it will be replaced, I might end up losing my return postage. Won’t order again!”
