I order my items exactly a week ago and I haven't recieved it. Order was placed on the 19th, this is the 26th and no sign of it being delivered. Poor.

I’m a customer for many years, but honestly the delivery partners they have and they are useless and no respect towards customer, took next day delivery and chested without coming with a blank image saying tried for delivery and when challenged they delivered following day but when asked about next day charges to be refunded as not delivered, saying that address wasn’t given properly, but nothing changed on address over years and in-fact on this delivery too which they did following day and refused to pay back tho r extra charges i payed for next day delivery. Im not interested to use this shop anymore as not trust worthy and package came a but damaged too. We are better off to shop elsewhere and pity is though they knew all they refused to treat customer correctly. Why customers should do business with them, they need to think, i lost a valuable day for what i ordered and on top this humiliation is not acceptable

Frustratingly I live 0.5miles away from a sports direct store and paid £4.99 delivery to store and sadly due to the product not fitting I paid £4.99 to return and was told I could not return to the store. Very disappointed in this customer service.

I was charged £9 for the privilege of having to return my purchase, in addition to the cost of paying for the postage, over £3 at the post office. The shoes were smaller than the advertised size and not suitable.

Terrible customer service. Although I am a size 5 I ordered tennis shoes 5.5 just in case they came up a bit small but still far too small. There was no indication on the website that they are small for size and to order much larger. I was unhappy at having to pay to send them back as I liked the trainers but sizing terrible. When I questioned this payment, they were not helpful. Pro Direct are a much better company to deal with.

Very disappointed in the product and the retailer! Bought some Karakal ProLite Classic Court Shoes. They looked a fairly dull/normal mid blue to me in the screen images (several devices used).The actual product when I received it though, was to my eyes at least - a shocking, briliant, vibrant cyan colour. Screen images and the colour perceived by the eye can be subjective I suppose, but I feel they should have at least put a far more descriptive written description of the colour than blue which is far to vague! Product money returned, but not the send postage and return costs. Felt like they had wasted my time and money, hence the one star review.

The goods were fine, but a quarter of a year late, because you were unfamiliar with my bank between August and November. But you still took payment in August, then did not release the goods and made it my problem to call you. You should have A. called me B. not taken money if not dispatching and C. offered a discount, given the inconvenience

Ordered shoes in my usual size, however the brand came up small. The cost for postage and returning meant in reality trying them on cost £10. Therefore you are far better placed to order from someone who charges more per unit but offers free shipping and/or free returns.

I ordered some trainers on a Friday night from Direct Sports and immediately realised that they were £10 cheaper on another website. Unfortunately, you can't cancel an order with this company over the weekend and I was told by customer service it would have been too late to cancel the order on Monday morning! The goods arrived promptly, but I wanted to return them, but there is a £3.99 charge. I emailed them and offered to return them and asked if they would give me the £3.99 credit against a more expensive pair of trainers. Alternatively a voucher towards spending on their website. They replied promptly ignoring my offer to compromise and told me when I phoned them that they have a "highly automated system" so they are not able to compromise and I should just pay and return the shoes. Basically they are highly automated inflexible and not able to deal with people it seems. They have lost the further business that I offered them, and turned what could have been a positive customer service into a negative. This was totally opposite to the other company I dealt with who have excellent customer service. No Sweat for them

They will sell you substandard products that does not last and will refuse refund or replacement when the product breaks down within few days. You'd think the company would honor your statutory rights but they will claim it's your fault. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a Yonex Arc Saber 11 Play, String broken after two days, been playing Badminton for years so know how strings work, however this definitely a manufacturer problem or potentially a non genuine racket as I have never ordered off here before, but can't say with certainty, terrible customer service would not help at all, will go back to old supplier...

Do not use this company. They have no standard of customer service for faulty products. Less than 3 wks of use on a hockey stick and they then try and hide behind their terms and conditions to excuse poor service.

Paid for next day delivery by dpd. They somehow had the wrong postcode,courier phoned for directions and was told correct postcode and promised to amend details and delivery would be next day. No attempt was made to deliver to my mums address. Her flat had secured entry and at the time the courier said he was there my mum was talking at her front door with the manager of the scheme. Cost of the shorts was returned however the cost of delivery was not included. Several emails were sent to dpd and all ignored, phone calls to dpd were also ignored. Very poor customer service.

Appalling company - returned item unworn as didn’t fit, had proof from Royal Mail of acceptance their end. They basically never refunded me the money for the trainers. After many calls and email I went to citizens advice you told me to go to PayPal. After speaking with a customer representative at PayPal and showing them proof of delivery PayPal issued a dispute and forced a refund. Totally unnecessary behaviour from this joke of a company - avoid !!
