“I placed an order with this shop on 7/11. I received a call from the store on 7/13. The guy was calling to let me know my order didn’t qualify for express shipping and he said he would credit the express shipping charge. He also told me I would have my order by Friday, 7/19. It is now 7/23, and I still haven’t received my order. I have sent two emails requesting a status update, but haven’t received a reply. I called the store today and finally got to speak with someone. Unfortunately the guy had my last name and my order wrong. I’m currently waiting on him to check the system and call me back.”
