“I really had great difficulty buying a bed on Interest free credit, As the site kept asking me for login details which obviously I wouldn't have. I actually spent hours. The chat facility was excellent. The adviser spent about half an hour with me and waited until I finished the whole process. I can't fault the advisers at all in fact five stars to them. I m happy customer as I have now purchased an expensive bed on eight months interest free payments woth DivideBuy. Although I have an account now I will happily make another purchase with them.”

“It took ages to set the agreement up, and constantly saying I had the wrong address with the payment method which is impossible as I checked online account was exact the same details I put down. Anyway in the end had to use and different method which has the same address and worked.”

“Easy to use and good communications. Only issue is that they do not appear to email you when payments are due, so it is easy to miss a payment.”

“Overall happy with the service I received, the only thing I would say is I didn’t expect to make the 1st payment straight away as I had paid the vets an amount that same day. Would have been good to know this was gonna happen.”

“I had a couple of problems accessing my account after setup but these were sorted quickly. Since then everything has run smoothly until completion last month. I received a monthly statement and was able to change my payment easily. A useful service and, for me, interest free.”
