I bought two dresses beginning of July, I paid £4 next day delivery.

Return confirmed 6th Sept, its now 25th Oct & still no refund. Absolutely ridiculous the service provided, constantly having to chase up for non satisfactory outcome. Not to mention the next day delivery service i used, 5 days later & had to chase for items to be dispatched. WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMENDED COMPANY!

Ordered dress for my bday... to then be told when chasing delivery it's out of stock, cancelled rest of the order but still was sent even tho told not to... I returned straight away have tracking received and still not refund... you email and they say not received it don't recognise the order....

I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The owner previously operated another business that went into administration. Before shutting down, she continued to accept returns and take new orders, yet refused to issue any refunds. As a result, thousands of customers were left significantly out of pocket, many losing hundreds of pounds. This conduct is highly unethical and deeply disappointing.

Terrible experience with DLSB. Accepted my return when they had already gone into liquidation. Leaving me with no clothes, no money, no proof of return acceptance. Financially ripped off. Discovered returns were being sold as job lots. New company Over-dressed now operating. When I left a review on the page I was immediately blocked. Awful. Avoid.

I like many others returned items to DLSB in good faith ....refund was never received then contact stopped .....never received money.... I was owed £160 😡

Poor quality clothing, unscrupulous owner that has ripped off lots of customers. Still waiting for my refund.

Why are you allowed to rip people off and then set up a new company still owing £1000s to innocent people. Like many, I'm still struggling to get a refund of £194 from September. Its not £1.94, it's a lot of money.

Customer service is shocking with this company. Still haven't had my refund 6 weeks later from the day you received my returns. I have tried to get in touch multiple times via different ways but with no avail.

Terrible, no customer service at all. Emails go ignored and you can’t contact them any other way, they have blocked comments and messaging on social media. I was sent someone else’s order so I’m thinking of selling it on Vinted as it looks like I’ll be waiting an age for a refund if other reviews are anything to go by. Shocking company ! They need more staff to sort this shambles.
