“I ordered and paid for 2 pizzas today that never arrived. I was told as part of contactless delivery they were left at the door not true.
I called to complain and was hung up on with no solution offered. I called back again and someone that said they were the manager probably not hung up on me again. Dominos truly does not care about their customers. I then cancelled payment on them through my bank and reported them to their corporate.”

“The previous 2 times Dominos sent me an email saying their service was poor and would like me to use their coupons. I haven’t ordered in almost 3 months in Seymour TN. Today I decided to try again. FINAL time. Contactless delivery does not mean ring my door bell, bang on my glass door, and call me on the phone. Contactless means sit it down and LEAVE. I’m done with Dominos poor service.”
“MUST READ!! We have never been so offended in all ours lives by the rudness of the branch manager on shift on Saturday 4th July. He claimed his name was 'John Clade' after laughing my wife off the phone. Blatent lie as he had a deep Asian accent.
My wife placed an order over the app which her Apple pay said was unsuccesful, litterally a minute later we reordered and it appeared succesful. 45 minutes later and a double order arrives. The driver then refuses to take one order back. We then call Domines Welwyn Garden City to be laughed off the ohone by the so called manager who refuses to give his name. Eventually he claims to be called John Clade as he laughs down the phone. All in all we pay £90 for 2 pizzas.
I hope head office or the Area manager reads this as the manager on shift this night was disgusting in his level of customer service and rudeness. As someone who employs staff I would want my manager to know if someone was acting like this representing my brand.
To the so called 'John Clay'. I will get my refund in one way or the other as I have disputed this with head office and will also submit a chargeback with my bank. Well done you”
“Wonderful; pizzas. Always ready on time. Have always used the pick up service. Never had to wait more than the time that they said when placing the order. When you arrive , the pizza is ready or being put into the box. That prompt. No false promises.”
“I purchased pizzas from them in store, the staff were very open about offers and advised me the best offer on the day. As is typical of dominos pizza they tasted amazing and were lovely and hot.”
