I emailed Domu Brands for support with no response, I followed up that email a week later and still no response. I have now gone directly to Von Haus for help, which I regret that I didn't do in the first place. Very unfortunate that Domu Brands offers no support online or by phone. Once you order something, there's no going back, you better hope that it all works out.”

“Such a bad company without customer service
Such a bad company with no customer service. They messed up the delivery of my hanging chair, which was supposed to be delivered within 5 days and is yet to be seen after more than 3 weeks. I was very patient but they are so unhelpful. They blame their courier but do not try to sort out your issue, only send automatic emails without really contacting the courier. All they do is "investigations" that take 48 hours every time ... for no result. And every time they write to you there is a different reason for your item not being delivered. By the way, the courier they are working with is actually really horrible. They do not contact you before attempting deliveries (which I doubt they do to be honest because I was at home every time and didn't hear any bell ring). Once you mention to BTFY you haven't received the delivery, they say ....... that the courier attempted a delivery at 4am or another one at 11pm (?!!!!). I was astonished. What kind of courier does that type of delivery times ? It just does not make any sense. Obviously they do not communicate with you nor send you an email before or after the delivery ... and trust me I was at home at this time LOL. Oh, and by the way, if you want to call the courier, you are charged a premium price over your normal phone tariffs. Does that mean I have to pay for THEIR mess ?
To finish, you are unable to join BTFY over the phone. When you ask by email for them to call you back, they just ignore this and continue with their automatic emails.
Please, avoid this company for your own good.”

I ordered a parasol and it arrived with a tear in it so I had to wait a week before responses on how to return then another week until they received it and replaced it! Second parasol arrives broken but looking like someone at the warehouse tried to mend it!! Again over another week getting it sent back, then to be told they were out of stock. Waiting for refund and when chased I got an automated response of how to send the item back?!?....they already have it and have had it for over 3 weeks!!

I ordered a garage shelving unit on Amazon Marketplace 25/05/20, from VonHaus (Domu Brands is their parent company) the company cancelled my order on 27/05/20.
Customer service was email option only, despite many emails to company I did not receive my refund. I commenced a Chargeback procedure with my bank & they secured a refund for me on 14/07/20.”
“Customer Service is non existent. If your product breaks after warranty put it in the bin. They have a system in place where you never communicate with the same person twice and keep promising you technical help which never materialises.They dont know how it works, and even if they did there are no parts available. Strongly recommend avoiding any dealings with this company”
