“On my last order you usually get a notification to say your delivery is on its way, I never received one as time went by I emailed Donald Russel but no reply,My delivery went to next door I emailed again to say this but again no reply,Which is very disappointing as they were usually so good at customer service it does seem they r cutting back on products and customer service,But the plus is the meat is excellent as always”

“Good customer service However I found the bbq pack quite expensive for content as small steaks which in the case of the rump ones were chewy and tasteless. Delivery on day but a pain to get time schedule on day of delivery Would probably not buy again”
