“my double mattress is 3 inches smaller than it should be in both length and width, and that makes a considerable difference for fitted sheets. it was supposed to come with a free pillow, but that was only sent after i complained. and don't put your faith in reviews on their website; i noticed that they neither published nor responded to my unfavourable review. the company seems from these to be either monumentally incompetent or monumentally dishonest”
“Disgusting. Arrived with a 3 foot yellow urine? Stain ( as pictured) thick black mould in lots of places. A big dent. This "certified refurbished " mattress was clearly a good couple years old. Bought through their eBay shop and they've totally ignored me. The mould is horrendous. The smell, ungodly. The yellow stain appears to be bright yellow urine and 3 foot long. Absolutely horrendous. All this when we unzipped the relatively clean top cover. Black grubby marks throughout also. Please see pictures for proof. Trust pilot, please don't allow them to remove this. I am a genuine customer. Ebay item, from the dormeoshop. Item... 8A0300006034A087 in so pleased we checked under the cover the day it arrived. Also, very very very thin. Lay on it and your back hits the wooden bed slats below, and I'm only slim. Very poor item. These mattresses ( octa pro top of range) at 600 odd pounds are really poor. Please read and unzip your cover when it arrives! Don't risk sleeping on urine and mould!

“our dormeo octasmart mattress had an 18 year guarantee with the first 5 years at 100 percent. After three and a half years we could no longer sleep on it due to a ridge all the way down the middle. We turned the mattress every month without fail. When we complained dormeo sent someone out to look at the mattress, his exact words were, he could see what we mean. The company refused to do anything about it and we bought another mattress from Ikea. In my opinion the guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on.”
“I can`t help but wonder what the cost is to manufacture and what the mark-up is when it is sold to the consumer. It is little different to a standard product made by other manufacturers, apart from it being overpriced and ponsified.
Dormeo spends a considerable sum on television advertising which is an expensive way of getting your product before the public. These high advertising costs have to be passed on to the customer, which makes me wonder just how much the product would be without a share of the cost of advertising to each buyer.
The price implies that it is a superb piece of kit - it isn`t ! It is just a normal quality mattress, but designed differently. I believe that the after sales service is not of the finest and for the price paid, it should be.”
“My mattress arrived within 4 days, the delivery driver was very helpful and the mattress was well packaged. I absolutely love my dormeo mattress, I got it on a sale so I got it for a good price. The mattress is the comfiest mattress I've ever slept on and the 15 year guarantee gives me alot of peace of mind, I will only buy dormeo mattresses from now on.”
“This is the worst mattress I have ever owned. The foam started to break down on the sides of the bed and in the area that I sleep immediately after purchasing it. After a few years, the area where I sleep became permanently indented. It has worsened my back pain. The side walls are also collapsing so significantly that it is not safe to sit or sleep close to the edge of the mattress. I purchased the 10 year warranty and I am currently in the process of trying to claim that warranty. The Dormeo company is making the process a nightmare. They are requesting a ridiculous number of pictures. They do not want any pictures with a person on the bed, which is when it has the most significant indentations. The pictures they are requesting require multiple people to assist with, making it impossible for a single person to submit a claim on their own. I highly recommend never purchasing this mattress of dealing with this difficult company that does not want to replace their faulty, and dangerous, product. I would give this review zero stars if I could.”
“I ordered a Dormeo Topper on 28th May 2023 & paid in full.
The delivery stated 14/28 days
After various messages stating they were out of stock at their warehouse! I eventually received a message saying I would receive the Topper no later than the 14th August 2023.
Now 12 weeks (3 months) Later I have cancelled my order & Dormeo Customer Services say I will receive my refund within 5 Working Days.
I certainly hope so I will never deal with company ever again.”

I have never been so uncomfortable after just a few months the mattress was lumpy and dipping, the customer services gave every excuse under the sun after making me jump through hoops.”
“I have had the dormeo matress for about 18 months and noticed it had stated to dip on one side. Sent in emails with photos several times
And was told that they never received them
I then had to take photos and send them in . They received them and then had a date for the technician to come out
He looked at the matress and then said he would put his report in and I would have to wait for them to come back to me. So I waited and was told that there was a problem and it had dipped but this issue was not covered under the garuntee . I couldn't believe what I was reading . So what is covered? I am now left with a matress that is faulty and Dormeo are doing nothing to help. I am disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and the way they have dealt with the faulty matress
I would not recommend buying from them and the customer service is as poor quality as the matress. Keep well away as poor quality and terrible customer service.”
