Support staff useless offered me a swop from my extra firm to medium which doesn’t make sense and couldn’t explain there thinking and to pay £45 for this even though it was £100 cheaper than the one I bought just told to read terms and conditions very unhelpful. “I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this mattress. It is clearly defective and has caused me significant discomfort and pain since I started using it.
I initially contacted the merchant, who directed me to their customer service department. From there, I was referred to the Dormeo manufacturer. Dormeo then informed me that their insurance company would not honour my claim because my mattress failed to meet their only qualification criterion — an arbitrary condition that seems designed to avoid accountability. They promptly redirected me back to the merchant.
When I contacted the merchant again, they told me to follow up with the manufacturer. At this point, I feel like a tennis ball being bounced back and forth with no resolution in sight.
My advice is simple: avoid this company altogether. Do not purchase a Dormeo mattress.”

Reported it as faulty within a day of receiving but they claim their policy is not to collect and refund if it has been opened. Not sure how anyone would find out it is faulty without unboxing and removing from the Vacuum packing. Called 6-7 times and actually been lied to. Finally got hold of someone who told me the truth that they would not accept a return”
“I have been in contact with Dormeo over the past month about a mattress topper I bought 2 years ago that is already sagging on both sides and giving me severe back pain, to the point where I wake up multiple times in the night and with severe back pain every day.
I contacted customer service to start the mattress topper guarantee process. My first email was completely ignored. 2 weeks later I wrote again and got a response. I sent it all the required photographs and details and was told I would hear back in 5 days. It has been over 2 weeks now and I've not had a response. I've sent two emails to find out what is happening, both of them have been ignored.
It is terrible that my product failed so quickly and any attempt to get this resolved is ignored by Dormeo. This is unacceptable customer service and there is no point in advertising your products as coming with a guarantee if you will do everything to avoid replacing faulty products.”
