“We purchased a mattress and it went on a spare bed. Since changing things around we started using the mattress a few weeks ago. OMG it is awful! Both my partner and I wake up with numb hands, aches on our hips and sore necks. It's absolutely awful!!!!!”
“The advertising is misleading and their product is is unfit for use
1-they have been advertising their mattress topper for YEARS at £199 saying until Monday only-
2-THE THE SPRING AND FOAM COMBINATION THAT THEY SHOW ON THE AD IS NOT WHAT YOU GETTING THE TOPPER-it's much smaller
The topper f that I received is nothing like the topper shown in the ad- mine is cheap looking and nothing like as plump as the one in the ad
2- I am only 11 stone, yet in some parts of the mattress I can feel the springs-another parts where the padding is good, the feeling is excellent
Because of this I had to fit a topper I already had on top of it
The springs are so weak, that when I go to lie on the bed, some springs fully compress and make a clicking sound
This also happens as I turn in bed
It is not really uniformly comfortable and therefore I do not think it's fit for purpose..
3-also they quote three to 5 days delivery on the ad+I had to ring up after 10 days, and they tried to tell me I was mistaken-I don't normally yet imaginary words flashing up in front of me when I'm working on a TV screen, so I challenge the person speaking to go and have a look at their advert, and was then told I would get next day delivery !
4- several months earlier, I had visited their website, and the Topper was on offer for £170
When I went to the checkout,
It was priced at £199
When I rang their customer service number and complain ed,
They tried to say that I have read the screen incorrectly-
I offered to send them the screenshot that I had of the £170 offer,
And was then told that they offer was no longer available-so I hadn't been imagining it, and when I went back to the website the next day it was still there.
These adverts have been shown hundreds if not thousands of times over the years, on many channels-watch the next one and see if it still says only till Monday-and then have a look at the website on Tuesday!

“This is the worst mattress I have ever owned. The foam started to break down on the sides of the bed and in the area that I sleep immediately after purchasing it. After a few years, the area where I sleep became permanently indented. It has worsened my back pain. The side walls are also collapsing so significantly that it is not safe to sit or sleep close to the edge of the mattress. I purchased the 10 year warranty and I am currently in the process of trying to claim that warranty. The Dormeo company is making the process a nightmare. They are requesting a ridiculous number of pictures. They do not want any pictures with a person on the bed, which is when it has the most significant indentations. The pictures they are requesting require multiple people to assist with, making it impossible for a single person to submit a claim on their own. I highly recommend never purchasing this mattress of dealing with this difficult company that does not want to replace their faulty, and dangerous, product. I would give this review zero stars if I could.”

I have never been so uncomfortable after just a few months the mattress was lumpy and dipping, the customer services gave every excuse under the sun after making me jump through hoops.”
“I have had the dormeo matress for about 18 months and noticed it had stated to dip on one side. Sent in emails with photos several times
And was told that they never received them
I then had to take photos and send them in . They received them and then had a date for the technician to come out
He looked at the matress and then said he would put his report in and I would have to wait for them to come back to me. So I waited and was told that there was a problem and it had dipped but this issue was not covered under the garuntee . I couldn't believe what I was reading . So what is covered? I am now left with a matress that is faulty and Dormeo are doing nothing to help. I am disappointed and disgusted with the customer service and the way they have dealt with the faulty matress
I would not recommend buying from them and the customer service is as poor quality as the matress. Keep well away as poor quality and terrible customer service.”
“They were quick to ship the order and take your money, but they sure don't care if the order actually arrives and when you question it you get excuses about everything. The shipping company used was Canpar and their tracking information continually said it was out for delivery with the drive for over 6 days and it never arrived. I would never recommend this company or product as all they care about is getting their money and screw the customer.”

“I ordered a Dormeo Topper on 28th May 2023 & paid in full.
The delivery stated 14/28 days
After various messages stating they were out of stock at their warehouse! I eventually received a message saying I would receive the Topper no later than the 14th August 2023.
Now 12 weeks (3 months) Later I have cancelled my order & Dormeo Customer Services say I will receive my refund within 5 Working Days.
I certainly hope so I will never deal with company ever again.”
“I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this mattress. It is clearly defective and has caused me significant discomfort and pain since I started using it.
I initially contacted the merchant, who directed me to their customer service department. From there, I was referred to the Dormeo manufacturer. Dormeo then informed me that their insurance company would not honour my claim because my mattress failed to meet their only qualification criterion — an arbitrary condition that seems designed to avoid accountability. They promptly redirected me back to the merchant.
When I contacted the merchant again, they told me to follow up with the manufacturer. At this point, I feel like a tennis ball being bounced back and forth with no resolution in sight.
My advice is simple: avoid this company altogether. Do not purchase a Dormeo mattress.”
