a complete rip off made my order for valentines on feb 6th, and still didnt get my order yet.....

After placing and purchasing my order of a half dozen Galaxy roses on February 1st, this company promised my order would be delivered before Valentine's day, however as the holiday approached and I hadn't received my order, I emailed the support team about tracking the package and I never received a response. A week later after Valentine's day I sent another email expressing my disappointment as well as requesting a full refund, and still I hadn't received a response, not a solution to the problem, not a concerning message, not even an apology. Just ignored. Overall this has been the worst customer service I've experienced, ever. Even as I write this review I still haven't received my flowers, a refund, nor a response to my issue from this company. I feel scammed. - Very unhappy customer

Absolutely terrible service. Last year I place 3 orders from this company and received 2 of my products. One arrived right on time and the second arrive two months later. I requested several refunds and attempted to contact the company numerous times, with no success. This year has been the same result. 3 items purchased, one item arrived on time while 2 others somehow never showed up. I've made several attempts to contact their customer service and have left several emails. They have completed ignored my refund requests and have not sent me delivery confirmation. It's literally theft.

DO NOT BUY Order came 2 weeks late On Valentine’s Day and they sent a damaged box and will not refund me. My roommate and other friend ordered and experienced the same thing!!!! Everything they send is damaged unless it’s to influencers. They 100 percent pay people to write their own reviews!!!!!

Liars! Order from 02/08 still undelivered for Valentines. Today is 02/20. You don’t even have a basic customer service phone number to call into. Wow!

I ordered a product from them for valentines day. The product was not delivered. On top of the fact that the product was not delivered. they have no method to contact them, aside from an automated service desk, which I have not gotten a reply from, even though they claim to have 24/7 customer service. Another note, this company is a 100% scam. They picture their products as if they are real flowers, and its not until you read the very fine print at the bottom of the website that you realize that they are fake roses.

My husband bought me a galaxy rose for Valentine's day that doesn't even work tried contacting and received nothing back from the company. We also bought a friend a bear for Valentine's day at the beginning of the month and wasn't even shipped till the day before and still waiting on it. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

Hello, I placed two orders with them weeks before Valentine’s Day and paid extra for fastest shipping and they didn’t even get my order there. Instead they send a email apologizing and sending me a $15 gift card that I won’t be using. I feel Cheated. Go to anther company that’s honors what you pay for. Another thing is I find it funny that they were sending out marketing emails and text messages to me two days before Valentine’s Day telling you to order now and they will do next day shipping and get it there on time. How can you ignore your pre existing orders where customers already paid extra money to get their order there on time. This company swindles you to get new orders that they can not fulfill. This company lies and cheats people so they can get people’s money. They use sexually displayed Instagram models to market get you to buy there stuff when it’s really nothing special at all. Please save money and buy somewhere else. These are after all fake flowers.

I ordered a Marbleous Pink Medium 30 Roses on Jan 30, 2020 for Valentines day, and the official ordering page said they will be able to delivery it by 2/14/2020. However, not only I don't get the product on the day but I don't even have a tracking number with an order status as `Fulfillment Status: Unfulfilled`. I sent email on 2/12/2020, no one replied, I sent facebook message on 2/14/2020 still no one read and no one replied. and there is no way to call or leave them a bad customer feedback or complain anywhere. As such, I can only write my review on BBB and warn others do not buy things from them. one more crazy thing from their policy is that, even if the product is Unfulfilled, you will not be able to refunds but getting a store credit. To be honest, you lost your trust to your customer, who will still want product from this dishonest business? Edit, Cancel Order and Shipping Address Change *Shipping Addresses can be changed ONLY if the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled we advise reaching out to the shipping carrier for an alternate solution. *We cannot edit orders AT ANY TIME, if the order has not been fulfilled we can refund the order to store credit. *No Order Cancellations!

Complete carnival-trash garbage, not worth a 10th of what they charge. Deceptive advertising makes it appear larger and multicolored...it's a plastic flower with a 10-cent strand of LED lights that barely stands 6" tall inside the glass globe...which is probably the most expensive part. Go play skee-ball at Chuck E. Cheese...you'll win something better and save money.

Recieved broken products and they won't respond to my emails or Instagram messages. They keep deleting my social media messages requesting help. They are a known scam on BBB. Unlike most people on here, I actually received my flowers. However, my flowers look like dollar store knockoffs. They are made with cheap plastic and cellophane petals and leaves. They were supposed to be uniquely designed... all of mine look the same. Furthermore, they were to ship 1 in a box, mine came 2 in a box and 8 of the 12 are damaged (broken leaves, smashed petals, etc.). Their customer service has yet to respond to me to I went to social media. They removed my negative reviews and comments on Facebook. They blocked my negative post from their page on their Instagram. And they deleted my 1 star review on their website. Do not buy from them. They are not worth the disappointment and lies.

HORRIBLE! Products look NOTHING like the pictures or match the descriptions. Order these and rec them with no invoice or shipping return label which means I’m already out $22 for having to ship back. Asked for a refund and was told 3-5 business days. Then when I wrote a bad review on their site (which wasn’t posted bc it wasn’t a 4 or 5 star) she emails me saying I’ll get store credit. As if I want to purchase more garbage and cheap quality from their site. No where does it say returns will ne store credit nor did she (Emily) mention that in the first email. BEWARE! Transparency is key and no where was this mentioned
