Awful company! Ordered on 2/4/23 and as of 2/21/23 still have not received my order or even an expected delivery date. UPS still says label created. Contacted them multiple times received a response but none have been helpful. Just the typical we will look into it. I highly doubt that! Do not order from this company!!!

I ordered a rose bear for a valentine's gift. I paid for expedited shipping and order protection with a delivery date of 02/14/2022. Total cost $139. On 02/14/2022, I checked to see when the gift would be delivered...it had not even shipped. I attempted chat message, email and phone call, all with negative contact. I cancelled my order and disputed the charge to my bank. Cannot be depended on. I will never use this company, again.

Aside from ripping me off by offering an expedited shipping service at a higher more premium cost during the Valentine's Day holiday where they practically guaranteed the delivery of the gift that I had purchased for my wife and daughter without any suggestions to delays of any sorts, this business instead of owning up to their fault offered me not a "full refund" of the extra "premium" shipping cost that they charged me for but instead only offered me 40% refund of that additional shipping cost and ultimately only paid me 20% of what they offered for the "gift" that I had purchased which, ultimately shipped/arrived about two full weeks after Valentine's Day.

They told me that's too bad, and did NOT let me cancel it, and then did NOT refund me ANYTHING.

Since they were not real roses, they are eligible for return however despite paying extra for the insurance its impossible to get a refund.

guess what happened ~ I never received it!!! The representative refused to help me and she suggested I called USPS/ mailing company to check on the status of my package and that I would need to discuss with them for a refund ( what a joke, I bought from dose of roses not USPS LOL ) anyways if you have already made the mistake of purchasing from this company please go to your bank and place a stop payment IMMEDIATELY.

The delivery service always deliver on time and the roses they deliver is in great condition and somehow unbothered by the whole travel. They look as impeccable as they do in the website’s pictures.

It’s really great that the delivery service sticks to the schedule. After all, the gifts wouldn’t be so perfect anymore if they’re not given on time. So grateful for DOR’s excellent service.
