The information was very good because, quite frankly, most doctors aren't very helpful with the "what do I do now?" part of AFIB. I get a lot of "Oh, just exercise" and "Oh, just eat better," none of that is very helpful when you feel like your heart is going to explode. I did have some critiques which kept me from giving the course 5 stars: - Stop reading the slides; this is my #1 critique of any presenter. I can read faster than you talk, plus I can read. Try to provide other information not necessarily on the slides. - The introductions to each video are unnecessary but if you're going to include them make it more than "hey guys here's a video", try to provide some substance around the video and what it should deliver. - Finally, get yourself a decent graphic designer. It would be much more impactful to show graphics around the data and information rather than your face. Nothing wrong with the face but sometimes less is more. :-)

I appreciate the information given in this course and I am incorporating it into my lifestyle. I would like to be free of AFib! I recommend that Dr Morales slow down and pronounce his words clearly. He is giving a lot of important information and it would be nice to have time to grasp it all without having to stop and re listen. Thank you to Dr Morales for putting this program together and including the studies, it will help many people who suffer with AFib.

Dr. Morales is knowledgeable and clear in his message. As a speaker he would be better not just reading the message he puts on the screen or perhaps reducing what he has on the screen to bullet points. Either would help me to enjoy and use his knowledge. Perhaps there will be a level two course to help inspire us to follow through.

I have completed ten lessons so far. I am going slow so that I can absorb and implement the changes suggested. About two thirds of the suggestions you make in the course we have already implemented. The additional information is both helpful and adds to our storehouse of AFib prevention information. Also, the course is very encouraging. It confirms that by taking charge of diet and several other factors, we are on the right track in controlling AFib.

I found all the information to be helpful. I have had AFIB steady for a little over a month. Prior to that, I was only experiencing short periods of AFIB. I have been referred to a Cardiologist, Electrophysiologist. The information from the program will help me be better prepared for the doctors visit.

Great survey of so many popular plans for better health. I like the specific foods, recipes and products that support my heart health. I’m trying to understand better the options I have with afib. I appreciate his total review of medical and life style actions to improve my chances of living stronger and longer with my condition. This is the best overall help I’ve found. I’m an 80 year old woman. Afib runs in my family. I thought I escaped it when my mom and two brothers were diagnosed at earlier ages. I’ve now been diagnosed and had reasons to resist blood thinners. After a mild stoke I did agree to take Zarelto. I was right on those fears given my history. Last year I was rushed to hospital with serious gastrointestinal bleeding. No cause was found. Later I was able to tolerate Eliquis for a few months and I’m grateful for that. It allowed my physicians to perform a “hybrid” surgery with both a catheter oblation and an “ari-clip”. (The only thing Doctor P. Morales does cover right now is that clip-it’s risks and benefits. I hope he will update soon in his videos). Once again I’ve become intolerant of blood thinner, this time Eliquis. So here I am learning and practicing better health measures. I’m now 95% GF free and feel better- less hungry. I’m daily conscious of what I shop for, eat out, increasing moderate exercise. I’ve lost over 10% of my body weight over the last four months. I have more energy for living and more hope with Doctor P. Morales guidance. Thank you, doctor. I’m looking forward to continuing learning and living well with your ongoing work.

I signed up for the Afib course and could not get it on my computer the second time I tried. I could not find a customer service number to call, so I turned the problem over to my credit card service. I called the office number and that person was unfamiliar with the Afib program and could not help me. Visa has spent three weeks trying to get to the bottom of this with no success yet. The program looks good but for now I have to rate it very poor because I cannot get it on my computer

I am thankful for Dr. AFib, because he help me to understand it, which my Dr. did not have time to do.. What to eat, is a little more difficult, because it’s not common. I am not obese, I don’t drink alcohol, but I have a family history of it. I do exercise five days a week. But it has help me to eat right. Sometimes I will go a month or more without having AFib, I would like to get off the Eliquis.

I like the fact that he has a natural program for AFib. I have chronic AFib and try to follow the program by eating better and exercising, and trying to control stress. My lack of success is my own fault for not eating better. Wishing everyone good luck!

Most of what I learned in the course I am already doing. Weight, diet, glycemic sensitivity. I guess I rejected the yoga aspect. It was worth the price of the course to learn of the Dark Chocolate. I am using it now and it seems to help. I have since learned there is another benefit, prostate health. Thank you for contacting me, I was feeling abandoned.
