“I am very happy with the product but specially with the customer service. It is awesome. They answered me very fast and efficiently. I had an issue with my address and they solved it in a very short time and they included a very nice note into the delivery. It was a beautiful touch. I recommend it very much. My thanks to the whole team of Dr. Fertility”

“Fertility lubricant did arrive on time. The good: Works ok, quick delivery, easy to use. The bad: Wish they did bigger packages with larger number than 8, hasn't worked for us yet, wish it had a bit of a tingle to it to encourage stimulation as some of the other fertility lubes do.”

Hi Wai thank you so much for letting us know. We understand how sensitive the products we sell are so all of our orders should be sent in plain nonbranded mailing bags with no reference to fertility. I have emailed you for further information to enable us to investigate what has happened as this is unacceptable.
