I’m not 100% sold on these to be honest. Firstly I worked out my cycle and when I should start testing and did so as instructed. The first morning I tested I was showing low fertility the following morning I was shown in peak, a mere couple of days since my period. When in peak, you can no longer use the tests as it stays on there for a few days. I was in shock that I was in peak so early as that just didn’t make sense. Luckily I was quite switched on and after the test was able to be used again a few days later, I kept testing and it said when I was low, high and in peak and within 3 continuous days. Not sure I would trust that process as I could have missed my fertile days all together.

I selected & paid for express delivery as I needed the product ahead of a hospital appointment. It was sent on standard delivery so didn’t arrive on time. I had to go out & buy it from a shop instead when I was isolating ahead of the appointment which was very frustrating. It took several emails to customer services to be told it was an automation error. This included a rather patronising response about Royal Mail experiencing delays due to coronavirus, when in fact it had just been sent on the wrong service. Postage was refunded but it didn’t change the situation. Disappointing for my 1st order & puts me off shopping again.

My delivery was 2 days late which resulted in us having delays in testing. When chasing the customer service was very poor.

My wife didn’t really enjoy it as the result kept coming as high fertility for about one week and never showed the peak fertility hence she became fed up and stopped testing. The product needs improvement for accuracy

i paid for next day delivery and i received the product too late and therefore didn’t use it. i waited over 2 and 1/2 weeks.

Paid extra for next day delivery got it a week later was told it was late due to Covid-19 why have the option to have it in 24 hrs knowing full well it won’t come

The male fertility kit was poor. I followed the instructions to the letter but struggled with semen viscosity and the pipette. The fluids did not soak in as per the instructions and the result was difficult to read. All in all I feel a waste of 20 quid. Dr. Fertility did however deliver the product with no issues.
