“Items came extremely bashed and the boxes were damaged. I did appreciate the small stork good luck charm included though this was a very nice touch”

“Love this company as they are much cheaper than retail shops for brands like clearblue etc. however, when i accidentally put the wrong address as i was rushing to start work. I noticed days later after the product arrving at the wrong place. I couldn’t get in touch with the people who it had apparently arrived to and dispatcher and when you ring the phone number for this company it directs you back to the email. It took me over 3 weeks to get my money back as this company refused me of a refund for items i never recieved. If i didn’t pay via paypal i wouldn’t of had a refund. Other than this issue everything else has been perfect even keeping me updated on my orders and when they arriving”

“I've been trying to get pregnant now for 3 years. The fertility tests have been advising when I'm ovulating but I'm not getting pregnant so I can't say for sure if the tests are accurate or if something else is wrong. I've had lots of tests and I've been told I'm fine, so I hoped these would work”

“The website was easy to use and the items arrived quickly. Unfortunately one item was faulty and I was just directed to the maker of the item to arrange replacement. This meant that I missed my cycle by the time it arrived which was disappointing so I am not sure I would order again.”

“I think the addition of the little stork is a lovely touch. However I tried using your chat line to ask a question about one of your vitamin products and never had a response from anywhere. As a result I shopped elsewhere.”

“I bought some clear blue ovulation tests, my husband and I had been trying for a year and had a miscarriage 2 months ago. I bought them to pinpoint my ovulation. The only bad thing about Dr Fertility for me personally is the extortionate prices of consultations- I could see or speak to my Dr for free- but Dr Fertility wants to make a profit on those who aren't fortunate enough to fall pregnant right away. Other than that, a friendly website and handy for buying helpful items.”

“Took a long time to deliver but a good product. I would leave out the gift charm as you dont know if someone maybe have been raped and testing to see if they need to consider abortion.”
