We are very sorry that you experienced a delay in receiving your product order. As soon as you let us know that you hadn’t received your order, we quickly sent a replacement and issued a full refund. We are both taking the supplements and using conceive plus jelly for several weeks now. Still not conceived and disappointed as we have enjoyed each others "company" for several months, daily. Please don't give me a link to pay more"as it would help" whatever you recommend now is gratis and the loss of 2 customers. I'm not spending a penny.😞

Never ever arrived Paid for quick delivery Then got the delivery costs refunded &told to wait for delivery to arrive again... This didn't happen either so emailed for a full refund.

Product came and doesn’t work spoke to them and they said to contact clearblue which I did and I’ve now got to pay out of my pocket to send it back rather than someone collect from dr fertility give me a new one and they sort it their end really annoyed about this

Most sensitive claims to be 99% accurate 2 days before your missed period and other 2 99% accurate from the day of your missed period, got negatives from all test when taken on or after my missed period. Took a different brand 4 days after and got a positive so don’t waste your money. Also had the same with clear blue when pregnant with my first.

I was buying a pregnancy test to use as I was terrified I was pregnant after two children and my husband's vasectomy. I did not appreciate the "fertility charm" included in the package. I can also imagine it being quite distressful for people who recieve a negative test after trying for a long time. While I recognise the good intentions, I am not sure they are well delivered in this scenario. It made me stressed, sad and quite angry.

The kit needs better instructions on using the lancet and drawing blood. I found it extremely difficult and was surprised at how much blood was needed.

I ordered Clear Blue ovulation tests to show your 4 most fertile days. Previously I ordered the 2 days one but thought I would spend a little more for these. When I started using the tests I realised that I had been given the two day ones in a different box. I checked the serial numbers on the test packets and the box and they didn't correspond. The reason I know they were swapped is because I didn't get the symbol indication at the start of the test. Also, my test went from a circle symbol to a smiley face the next day. There was no flashing smiley face in-between. Obviously the product has been swapped into a different box so a bit more money could be made from each customer. I'm extremely disappointed as I have used this company a couple of times before and was really happy with the products, prices and delivery times. Won't be using it again and feel my money should be refunded at least.

Don’t use 24hour Royal Mail deliver I ordered mine 3 days ago and I still haven’t revived it.

Terrible customer services Didnt receive my order. When emailed they inform me they sent out the package with with no door number. Very unprofessional

Received item which required you to use at the start of your cycle when you had a period which isn’t ideal as not everyone cycle is as simple as having a period every month. I emailed to return this as I never had a cycle for a couple of months and was told I was unable to return as I was out with the 14 day rerun period even tho it is unused as I wasn’t able to use it.... 14 days isn’t long for people who need these products as most people buy them as they are having conception issues.
