“Good that Fertility had got back to my text about product not working,but I thought they would of also said they would contact Clearblue but they told me to contact them didn’t think that was good, but I had already done that.”

“The product is good but delivery was terrible I paid for 24hr delivery I had it 5 days later witch to me is wrong and I should of had my money back for delivery”

Hi Lea we are very sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive for five days. We have checked the Royal Mail tracking and it went to three different mailing centres prior to delivery. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and have refunded your postage cost xx

“Delivery was fast and efficient. Bought the clearblue duel hormone ovulation kit but it broke after 1 days use. Not sure if this is a manufacturer issue or not.”

“Products are cheaper than the same brands elsewhere. The hand written note and little stork that are sent with each order is a cute gesture (although I didn't get either with my last order). Generally products are dispatched quickly. I did have an issue with my last order where I had paid for Royal Mail 24 delivery but my items were posted out Royal Mail 48. I sent an email and the difference in postage was refunded the same day. I praise how fast your staff responded and processed my refund however I had ordered them with the faster delivery for a reason and the delay in postage meant I missed my positive ovulation test last month.”

“Was ok experience, apart from on the day of delivery they emailed/text me saying one of my items I ordered was out of stock, I just wished they told me before and not in the day of delivery maybe once I put my order through..”

“Fertility lubricant did arrive on time. The good: Works ok, quick delivery, easy to use. The bad: Wish they did bigger packages with larger number than 8, hasn't worked for us yet, wish it had a bit of a tingle to it to encourage stimulation as some of the other fertility lubes do.”

Hi Wai thank you so much for letting us know. We understand how sensitive the products we sell are so all of our orders should be sent in plain nonbranded mailing bags with no reference to fertility. I have emailed you for further information to enable us to investigate what has happened as this is unacceptable.

“Daysy makes it sound like we need it for FAM, but turns out, I really could have done with a basal body thermometer. Daysy has been giving me yellow days since I got it, (it's been around 20 days since I started using it) and gives no education whatsoever on cervical fluid or cervical position charting. In the end I really don't think if I was sufficiently educated on the subject I would have opted for daysy.”

“Hi, I was impressed with the quick delivery of the product and the sweet handwritten note that came with it, plus a little stork charm. My only concern is the expiry date on the products I ordered and received. I already had some clear blue ovulation dual hormone digital testing sticks at home to last may be 1-2 months. So I ordered two more packs of 20, each pack usually lasts me 3-4 months but my concern is that the product I've received may be past its expiry date by the time I use it. The date on both packs is 06/19.”

“Package came, box was all squished. Although no damage to the product itself, it didn't look very professional opening a very damaged package, especially when paying £3 for a tiny tube to be delivered. You would expect it in good condition. Came within the 48hour delivery window as selected.”

“I bought the Clearblue ovulation kit with 4 fertile days prediction. It’s a bit fiddly to use, hard to open individual tests and it only detects the difference between your current and previous test, so actually it might makes you miss ovulation if there wasn’t a big enough hormone rise.”
