“The product is good but delivery was terrible I paid for 24hr delivery I had it 5 days later witch to me is wrong and I should of had my money back for delivery”

Hi Lea we are very sorry to hear that your order didn't arrive for five days. We have checked the Royal Mail tracking and it went to three different mailing centres prior to delivery. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and have refunded your postage cost xx

“Delivery was fast and efficient. Bought the clearblue duel hormone ovulation kit but it broke after 1 days use. Not sure if this is a manufacturer issue or not.”

“I thought the website was really easy to use. I had a problem applying a discount code and so emailed and it was rectified almost immediately. Competitive price for the products. Very good service all round. Really liked the fact that the packaging was very discreet and also received a very sweet gift with my purchase.. Definitely recommend”

“They were lovely to send me a good luck charm. The service was great and on time. Used the ovlatution kit it worked and told me the day I was fertial but unfortunately I am not pregnant.Cross your fingers for me. I hope I get lucky.”
