Before purchasing, I communicated with Emma from customer services, who was friendly and very helpful in helping to arrange delivery for a specific day.
The purchasing process was also straightforward and stress-free.
The only downside of the whole experience was the delivery by UPS, who delivered to the wrong address twice. I had to chase this up on both occasions, and it meant that a lot of the hassle and stress was added back into the mattress-buying experience. It also meant that the delivery was a day late, which was a pain in the backside as we had specifically arranged that delivery would be on certain date. I realise that this is an issue with UPS rather than Drift, but it is still part of the process that warrants reporting.
As for the mattress itself, it arrives very well packaged in a nice canvas bag, and although it is very heavy (40kg for a king size) it is much easier to transport in this format than in 'full mattress' mode! A tool is included for the easy removal of the plastic packaging, and this worked excellently when the mattress was in location.
We gave the mattress 24 hours to fully plump up, and we've been using it for a couple of weeks now. I find it to be extremely comfy - fairly firm, but with enough give to remain comfy in any sleeping position. I'm a side sleeper, so I was a bit concerned that it might be a bit firm, but I've been sleeping soundly since day 1. My wife also often gets a numb arm if she sleeps on a firm mattress, but she hasn't had any problems so far.
All in all, it seems like an excellent, comfortable, quality mattress, and the ordering process is straightforward and efficient, with excellent customer support. Unfortunately Drift were let down by UPS with the delivery on this occasion, but I would hope that this isn't usually the case.”

“Whilst most reviews written so far are talking about service and delivery very few are talking and rating the quality of the mattress. Like all service and delivery were excellent but that's were it stops. My first nights sleep or should I say disturbed sleep was just awful, this morning I can barely walk the pain in my back, hips and shoulders are unbearable I have had to take pain killers, my husband says give it three weeks to bed in by that time I will be crippled, I have told him I will be sleeping in the spare room. Worst buy ever.”

“Ordered my mattresses at 11.30 on a Thursday. On Friday I was expecting my delivery of my new drift mattress, checked the status of my UPS shipping order and the status was listed as in "transit on time,delivery by end of day". I thought this was a little vague but not a problem as I had arranged to be in all day. By 17.50 I was beginning to wonder what had happened with my order, I called drift directly from the number on the website, I was unable to get through to anybody and had to leave a voicemail. 30 min later I received a call from drift, I was then informed that they had checked the status of the delivery from there end and my mattress had not even been loaded onto the lorry for delivery today.
I appreciate that this is not just the fault of drift but maybe ups but as a company u should not offer a next day service if u cannot achieve this. I would have thought informing a customer that a delivery was not coming would be more important than telling the manufacturer of the product.
To make matters worse as I was told I would be receiving the mattress that day by the ups message system I went and disposed of my old mattress. As a result myself and my eight month pregnant wife will have to sleep on the floor!!
I have to say I am completely dissatisfied and I can only hope when eventually the product arrives it is considerably better than the delivery. If not the 100 day trial won't last very long.”

“I wrote a review a few days after receiving my Drift Mattress but I'll happily write another as requested ????. 2 weeks of now sleeping on my marshmallow cloud yes I said sleeping (i have many spinal diseases as well as fibromyalgia and trigeminal neuralgia and CFS) I have not had a good night sleep in over 7 years,I get at most 3 hours at worst I am awake solid for 2/3 days at a time well drift you have managed what no other mattress/medication or health professional has and that's wait for it 7 hours unbroken sleep ! I am so deliriously happy. Him indoors has even been choosing coming to bed early over his 65inch TV, X box booming out of the Sonos ( this would actually be his review haha) I would much rather him shoot aliens to be honest so I can starfish on the comfiest mattress ever!! But I'm not selfish I'll share with him (for a little bit longer only!) Ps the pooch gives it her paws up too (she's so hard to please ) wish you did pillows too ????.. anyone with fibromyalgia I can honestly say it is the best Mattress ever and I've bought so many over the years ...my only regret is not knowing about Drift sooner, so from a very well rested home ...
