“I've had concerns about getting a foam mattress, so I've always ignored the new mattress brands. But when I saw that Drift had springs I decided to give it a go. The mattress arrived at my front door as planned on a Saturday - it was rolled-up into a really nice bag which made it easy to move up to the bedroom. We've slept on it for two weeks now and love it!”
“Absolute rubbish appalling/non existent customer service taken two days off work to wait for delivery no sign of it. Obviously we have paid for it and are now £600 out of pocket with nothing to sleep on and customer service will not respond! That's aside from the fact that being self employed have wasted two days unpaid with no end insight. Don't spend your money with this what can only be described as a cowboy outfit. Ps I'm angry that I had to even give this one star.

“I have been trying to contact Drift for 4 days by phone and email. No response to messages left. I only wanted to pay for the item (there is a problem with the webpage). Starting to wonder if they still exist.....If I can't get hold of them to buy a mattress, how would I ever go about returning one should a problem arise!!!! Very poor service”
“After the very fast delivery we have not been impressed. The mattress was OK to sleep on but not great. When I changed the bed & decided to get our mattress topper cleaned I noticed it looked as though the fold hadn't come out properly.
I have contacted Drift who have not replied to emails & fobbed me off on the phone telling me to look inside the zip cover of the mattress. I have done that & there is obviously a problem with the mattress being folded & I have photographed where the springs dip in the centre.
Now I've called to arrange return & the phone goes straight to answerphone despite it saying on the contact page that the office is open.
Buyer beware!”

“The service received from Drift Sleep was excellent, throughout.
Before purchasing, I communicated with Emma from customer services, who was friendly and very helpful in helping to arrange delivery for a specific day.
The purchasing process was also straightforward and stress-free.
The only downside of the whole experience was the delivery by UPS, who delivered to the wrong address twice. I had to chase this up on both occasions, and it meant that a lot of the hassle and stress was added back into the mattress-buying experience. It also meant that the delivery was a day late, which was a pain in the backside as we had specifically arranged that delivery would be on certain date. I realise that this is an issue with UPS rather than Drift, but it is still part of the process that warrants reporting.
As for the mattress itself, it arrives very well packaged in a nice canvas bag, and although it is very heavy (40kg for a king size) it is much easier to transport in this format than in 'full mattress' mode! A tool is included for the easy removal of the plastic packaging, and this worked excellently when the mattress was in location.
We gave the mattress 24 hours to fully plump up, and we've been using it for a couple of weeks now. I find it to be extremely comfy - fairly firm, but with enough give to remain comfy in any sleeping position. I'm a side sleeper, so I was a bit concerned that it might be a bit firm, but I've been sleeping soundly since day 1. My wife also often gets a numb arm if she sleeps on a firm mattress, but she hasn't had any problems so far.
All in all, it seems like an excellent, comfortable, quality mattress, and the ordering process is straightforward and efficient, with excellent customer support. Unfortunately Drift were let down by UPS with the delivery on this occasion, but I would hope that this isn't usually the case.”

“What can I say about Drift Mattress other than buy it try it you will not be disappointed. I have various illnesses mainly spinal disease and fibromyalgia those 2 where the pinnacle for me purchasing the Drift. After just having my 3rd spinal operation I was having increases difficulties in sleeping , although our 'old' mattress was a reputable named one and just under 12montjs old I haven't had more than 2 hours sleep in fact I've never had more than 4 hours continuous sleep in over 10 years hence me extensively reviewing hybrid mattress companies and upon all my research Drift cam up tops only duets having sprung and foam together , I unfortunately have prollers with over hearing so needed a temperature control mattress. Matthew at customer care has been amazing in answering queries and sorting out a little discrepancy. The mattress was ordered and came within 36 hours !!after sleeping on it for 3 nights I can only describe it as heaven ( i still wake up every couple of hours but instead of having to get up and walking around I no longer need to )The mattress is like a cloudness of fluffy marshmallows ????, that is the best way I can describe it. Drift has honestly given me some of my life back, I no longer wake in complete agony ( i still have pain but that's due to my illnessess) bit I no longer have the added pain . As for him indoors well.... he normally falls asleep but wakes 2 hours later then he's up and about or tossing and turning ( i call him the fleck) he is up at 4am for work yet only gets maximum 3 hours sleep , the first night on Drift he fell asleep at 8.30pm and didn't move till 12.30am ( i actually checked if he was breathing as he's normally gone around the bed 5000.0000 times an hour) he asked at 4am and he couldn't believe how well he'd slept to the point he was aching as he never is in one position longer than 10minutes. This morning he said he's never slept on a mattress so comfy in all his life nor slept so well in 47 years. My motto has always been good shoes and a good bed because you're either in one or the other. I've always bought reputable and good mattresses but Drift I have to say you've definitely excelled any expectations I have had. So from myself and him indoors I want to say thank you !
(The only quibble I have is I didn't receive a cuddly teddy like other buyers have ?)”

“Drift sleep what can i say. Perfect company to deal with. If you suffer from over heating in your sleep then this is the mattress for you. I have tried everything to bring my temperature down during sleep from Egyptian cotton to Bamboo bedding, all the different types of duvet and so on.. This mattress is perfect for over heating and is uber comfortable. Unfortunately due to a back issue i have had to return the mattress to Drift.. They spent ages with me on the phone going through all different types of mattress to help me find my perfect match. I don't know many companies that offer Drift sleep's level of customer services even pointing me to one of their competitors as a possible solution to my back issue. In my case i think i will need a taylormade mattress at great expense. Its a real shame as the Drift mattress is so so comfortable and cool to sleep on. They promptly arranged a collection at a convenient time to me. 2 delivery chaps arrived bang on time and took the mattress away. Perfect company with a fantastic product can't recommend enough. “Ordering the mattress was easy, and the delivery was uncomplicated (though it was delayed by UPS). The mattress is much softer than I was expecting and I am not really used to it yet. Also, the sides/edges of the mattress are very squashy, so it isn't that easy to sit on the edge of the bed any more. I am not sure that I will be keeping the mattress, though i am still deciding after 2 weeks of sleeping on it.”

“I had to wait a few painful days before I could get a friend to help me get the mattress upstairs (the ONLY downside!) - I was so keen to get to sleep on it I could hardly wait. I gave it a good 8 hours before I went to bed and it was pretty much ready. Wow!! I could not believe how wonderful it is - like putting on a pair of wonderful beautifully fitting shoes. The smell is so slight that was no bother at all to me and soon dissipated.
I used to have a Hastens mattress that cost me well into four figures and it was feeling a bit soft and my back was aching when I got up in the morning. Having looked at all the conventional mattresses in the up to £2K bracket I decided "what the hell, I've nothing to lose as I can return it if I don't like it". Within a day I'd already made up my mind! The mattress is staying, my back is renewed (and it's a very well worn back!) and I"m sleeping so so well. One of my best purchases of the year (next to my trip to see the mountain gorillas in Uganda which I also recommend!)so thank you Drift - I think this is the best in it's bracket of the foam type new rolled up delivery mattresses.”

“I bought this product 3 weeks ago. Me and my girlfriend are absolutely enthusiastic about this product. Nights have never been so sweet. The mattress is firm though soft on the top. You sunk for about 1 cm before hitting the foam base. The top layer is cool and I spent the hottest nights of the year without sweating. Packaging is nice and customer service is top notch. Definitely recommended.”
