“Literally in tears, so tired. This effing drift mattress is so uncomfortable, every part of my body hurts and I CANNOT sleep. We are in a borrowed truck, I am laying on the floor now. I would rather try and sleep on a bed of nails. It hard to even come up with adequate words 10/10 would not recommend. I drive team. I've been awake for 30 something hours. If we ever get loaded going straight to Walmart for the $200 foam mattress. If you like sleeping on the equivalent of plywood covered in a piece of fabric then this the one for you. Is there anywhere else to leave a review cuz the people should know. When you sit on the one at the truck stop it's well worn in, probably take a heard of elephants to break this thing in. Can't find anywhere else to actually leave or read a review.”
“VERY POOR!! Have taken a day of work for no reason, called the company who said the mattress wont be delivered today!! Had the unpleasant experience of speaking to Sarah who, who has absolutely zero customer service skills, and could offer no reasonable explanation or apology. Still have not resolved the issue, just a big waste of time!!”
“Absolute rubbish appalling/non existent customer service taken two days off work to wait for delivery no sign of it. Obviously we have paid for it and are now £600 out of pocket with nothing to sleep on and customer service will not respond! That's aside from the fact that being self employed have wasted two days unpaid with no end insight. Don't spend your money with this what can only be described as a cowboy outfit. Ps I'm angry that I had to even give this one star.

“I have been trying to contact Drift for 4 days by phone and email. No response to messages left. I only wanted to pay for the item (there is a problem with the webpage). Starting to wonder if they still exist.....If I can't get hold of them to buy a mattress, how would I ever go about returning one should a problem arise!!!! Very poor service”
“After the very fast delivery we have not been impressed. The mattress was OK to sleep on but not great. When I changed the bed & decided to get our mattress topper cleaned I noticed it looked as though the fold hadn't come out properly.
I have contacted Drift who have not replied to emails & fobbed me off on the phone telling me to look inside the zip cover of the mattress. I have done that & there is obviously a problem with the mattress being folded & I have photographed where the springs dip in the centre.
Now I've called to arrange return & the phone goes straight to answerphone despite it saying on the contact page that the office is open.
Buyer beware!”

“Whilst most reviews written so far are talking about service and delivery very few are talking and rating the quality of the mattress. Like all service and delivery were excellent but that's were it stops. My first nights sleep or should I say disturbed sleep was just awful, this morning I can barely walk the pain in my back, hips and shoulders are unbearable I have had to take pain killers, my husband says give it three weeks to bed in by that time I will be crippled, I have told him I will be sleeping in the spare room. Worst buy ever.”

“Ordered my mattresses at 11.30 on a Thursday. On Friday I was expecting my delivery of my new drift mattress, checked the status of my UPS shipping order and the status was listed as in "transit on time,delivery by end of day". I thought this was a little vague but not a problem as I had arranged to be in all day. By 17.50 I was beginning to wonder what had happened with my order, I called drift directly from the number on the website, I was unable to get through to anybody and had to leave a voicemail. 30 min later I received a call from drift, I was then informed that they had checked the status of the delivery from there end and my mattress had not even been loaded onto the lorry for delivery today.
I appreciate that this is not just the fault of drift but maybe ups but as a company u should not offer a next day service if u cannot achieve this. I would have thought informing a customer that a delivery was not coming would be more important than telling the manufacturer of the product.
To make matters worse as I was told I would be receiving the mattress that day by the ups message system I went and disposed of my old mattress. As a result myself and my eight month pregnant wife will have to sleep on the floor!!
I have to say I am completely dissatisfied and I can only hope when eventually the product arrives it is considerably better than the delivery. If not the 100 day trial won't last very long.”
