“Loving the night moisturiser so gentle and little bit goes such a long way. Packaging is lovely also. This goes great with tretinoin stops drying and redness. Brill products 👌”

“Hi Jude. I got tretinoin and that’s what I wanted having followed you on Instagram for approx 6 months. I suppose I’m quite disappointed by the consultation I had. The nurse who phoned was perfectly polite and I’m sure knowledgable but showed little interest in my skin. How can you prescribe without seeing even a photo of my skin? As I said I got what I wanted. She suggested putting hydrocortisone in my script. I said I didn’t want to apply this daily to my skin. Instead of investigating my concerns she immediately said she wouldn’t do it either having worked in Dermatology. When asking about my previous skincare she told me she didn’t like it (Environ), didn’t explore why I was stoping it or thinking of changing. So ultimately I feel I prescribed my own skincare. As a fellow Dr I do this every day so it’s no big drama but your team don’t even know that because they didn’t ask. Just a little feedback for you that’s all. Don’t particularly want to rate Dr Storm but have to tick the box. I can’t comment on Dr Storm, just my initial consultation.”

Hi Claire, I'm so sorry to hear this and apologies in the delay in responding to this comment. You should have been asked to send photos of your skin as part of the consultation. I will be investigating this. There is no evidence the small amounts of hydrocortisone we add to our creams to treat pigmentation damages the skin in any way and the reason we add it helps with the depigmenting action of the cream and to minimise irritation. I would love to have a chat with you about this and will try to call you to discuss. Dr Jude

“I purchased the Dr storm skincare bundle and I have too say I am very happy!y skin would be very sensitive and u have rosacea so anything I seem too use would worsen this or give me more flare ups! It’s been great! No sensitivity and my redness actually seems too have lessened! So happy with this range and will getting again Thank you!”

“I recently had a consultation with Nurse Michelle as I have problem skin. I have used numerous (expensive) brands before with no improvement and I liked that I got a simplified, much more affordable routine! Too early to see a difference yet but I am optimistic!”

“I have been using prescription skincare from Dr Storm for almost 6 months now and have noticed a huge improvement in my skin, this product really works and has massively reduced my pigmentation, as well as improved the texture and luminosity of my skin. I will never look back, it honestly is so simple to use and noticibly improves my skin. The team at Dr Storm are lovely, helpful and respond quickly to queries. The only thing I would like to see improved is the delivery communication/times. I placed an order for the lash serum, and it was 9 days before I got an email letting me know it had been shipped. I emailed to ask for an update and they came straight back to me to let me know that it had been held in customs and they had issued a refund. It would be great if they could initiate more communication about the delivery times and also manage expectations around long delivery times better. It wouldn't stop me ordering from them again, but just be prepared to wait a while for your product to arrive.”

“I booked an appointment which I thought was through Teams which is similar to a zoom meeting. Instead I got a phone call. I thought the nurse was wanting to view my skin while online but I was wrong. She explained clearly how and when I should use Tretinoin cream and explained that it would take 7 - 10 days to be delivered. The appointment was on a Friday morning so I was surprised when it arrived on the Tuesday. She also stated that there would be a use by date on the tube of cream, which was 14th June 2023 but I was to ignore this. I was so relieved she did because I thought it wouldn’t stay in date before I had finished using it. The nurse was very informative with great knowledge of the product and very professional.”

All creams are made bespoke for you following your call. Sometimes they can arrive later (between 7-10 days) and other times they arrive sooner, we are delighted that yours arrived to you sooner than expected. We do mention in your booking confirmation email that you will receive a phonecall from us from the number provided but are sorry about the confusion around this and appreciate the feedback.
