“Hi, I had Michelle for my phone consultation - who was lovely. I sent a photo of my face in advance of the phone call which I actually think should be a requirement as, if nothing else, helps give reassurance that the prescription is being tailored to specific needs. Zoom would be a good option too, I know that is offered if requested. My product arrived very quickly, thank you. I’m not having any side effects - slight redness on the first evening. Overall, good service - if there was one thing, I would consider ways of making it feel more bespoke.”

“Having suffered from numerous breakouts and flare-ups recently, I reached out to Dr Storm for help. Her guidance and professionalism along with knowledge and friendliness were a breath of fresh air. “I have been using the Dr Storm products since they where launched I really like them a lot especially the night cream I think they are great value for money and I have told my family and friends about them also. “Fantastic range of basic products. Dr Storm takes the complexity away from making a decision about what to use in what is a very overcrowded and overwhelming industry. Having Dr Storm at the end of the phone or an email makes this service feel very luxurious and personal yet very affordable!!!! The most basic skincare routine with the most exceptional results. “I am loving the cleanser, day and night moisturiser. I suffer with rosacea and find these products are soothing and so easy to use. My skin feels and looks different. The support that the team offer is amazing, I've had many other professionals offer advice which never worked but I am seeing huge improvements after following the advice of Dr. Jude and her amazing team. She listens and explains what the creams etc are for and the team are there for support if there's any issues or questions along the way. I'm so delighted after trying all sorts of treatments and creams over the years to great expense, finally a clear approach which yields great results and inexpensive too!! Amazing!”

“Quick an easy consultation, friendly and prompt service, easy website for reordering prescription and an abundance of information available so any questions are answered quickly. Tretinon has already started making changes to my skin and I hope with continued use it will continue to get better 🤍 I also love how much more simple my skincare regime has become yet knowing it's making more of a difference than spending £££££ on multiple high end products that don't work.”

“I have been using Dr Storms prescription cream from Jan 2023 and the difference in my skin is unbelievable! She is so knowledgeable and I love how she just tells you how it is and to cut out the crap skincare that costs a fortune but doesn't work. Highly recommend!!”
