“Absolutely fantastic. DS Music were the only people who could actually tell me quickly exactly what I needed without um-ing and ah-ing. I needed to upgrade my version of Sibelius 5 academic to Sibelius 8, and no-one else seemed to have a clue what they were talking about! If I'd listened to Avid's own salespeople I would have ended up spending over £200 (they told me an upgrade wouldn't work because my version of Sibelius was the academic one - this was completely wrong!). DS Music isn't the first music-software-selling shop to turn up on google, but don't let that put you off - they really know what they're talking about and I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Quick and easy purchase with no hassle or problems. I was updated on the status of my purchase regularly. I would give this service 5 stars, but unfortunately there was no information on when my delivery will take place. This meant I had to sit at home all day waiting for the delivery that would come in late in the afternoon. Also, the box (my purchase) looked like some heavy objects were placed on top of it (wrinkled and scraped corners), making me sceptical as to if my purchase is first hand or second hand. But overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from DS Music again in the future.”

Hi Jan, Thank you for your review and feedback. The delivery service used was our 'saver' free delivery which is a 2-3 delivery service through normal Royal Mail post. We do offer a guaranteed next day service which is fully traceable and usually delivered before 1pm. The product on your order is brand new as with all Pro Tools product we sell. “This was the first time I have ordered anything from the music shop in Monmouth and I was very impressed in their service to obtain the music I needed. “I ordered Avid Sibelius software through DS Music. An initial confusion over the download links was resolved very quickly. There were a couple of further issues with Sibelius which I needed to use their support to resolve, but DS Music asked me to keep in touch and that they would get back to Avid on my behalf if necessary. Thankfully Avid support were also good, and this was not necessary. Very pleased with the service and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from DS Music again.”
