“I haven't used these crackers yet (3.5 weeks still to go before Christmas!) but they look high quality. The service was great! The crackers arrived when they said they would and the ordering service was really quick and easy. I will use this company again and i have already recommended them to friends and family, one of whom has placed an order..”

“From the time I walked into the shop, until I left, the staff were most helpful. I was allowed to peruse at will and not "ambushed", as soon as I got in. When I asked about purchasing a new guitar, I was given many options, which were both informative and aided my eventual selection and purchase. This is not the first time I have purchased items from the store at Monmouth. I and I would assume, keep coming back because the staff are first class, knowledgable and take time to help, without rushing. Kind regards Phil.”

“I order regularly from D S Music. When my order was delayed by the supplier this time , they let me know and gave me the option to have my money back. As soon as the order arrived, I got a phonecall to let me know it was in. It worked well for me. I do prefer to pay for orders upfront though. I find the part-payment thing very confusing when I am trying to reconcile my accounts.”
