“Have been buying Swarovski Christmas Stars since 2003 for our first born. Have bought a few times from Duty Free Crystal as the bill got quite expensive over the years with the addition of another 2 children. Panicked a bit this year when arrived in a different box. “The product i have ordered was temporarily out of stock - I received a telephone call and this was explained - I was offered a full refund - or i could get priority service once back in stock. I accepted the priority service and I received my good just over a week or so later - just as explained”

“I love this Chrystal Letter to Santa it’s was bought for my grandson it will be his first Christmas only down side is I would have liked a choice of color for the box mine is pink it would have been nice to have a blue one For a boy a very minor detail I buy one each year for my son and family thankyou”

“Very disappointed at packaging as is a gift. The earrings were loose in the bag and there was no box to put them in. I telephoned to ask for better packaging and was told that this company sold by Swarovski do not provide boxes. I could not return as earrings. I thought I was ordering from Swarovski.”

Many thanks for your review. The order was for a pair of UNOde 50 earrings (and not Swarovski earrings) therefore we can only supply brand packaging for that item (which consisted of a branded UNOde 50 red pouch and bag)
