Good prices but packaging completely inadequate. Cardboard box was lightweight and flexible and together with no internal packaging has resulted in my Swarovski item boxes being knocked around in transit. Gift boxed corners are squashed, and frayed. Disappointing and completely unnecessary.

I have been collecting these stars for 20 years unfortunately, this year I think they have run out of ideas as the star is very plain. Someone in the design department need to get do new ideas in belong the star more exciting. Unless a new design comes out next year, this will be the last I purchase.

Every time I shop with duty free crystal it’s been a great experience ,BUT ,, this time I paid for a item even thou the item was not in stock, I had to e mail and phone to get a response after one week I received a response . maybe the 20%off isn’t worth the hassle

Although the gift was beautiful and well packaged, it took over a month to arrive, and there was no indication of this when ordering it. As it was a retirement gift, the recipient had to wait to receive it well after they had left. Disappointing and easily rectified by stating the expecting delivery time in the original advert

My order states iPhone XS case yet you have delivered a iPhone XR case? You have offered to change it but It is now likely to miss my wife’s birthday and you have not offered to cover the re delivery costs?

Sadly disappointed with these earrings they didn't look as small in the picture even on the Swarovski website and they are unbelievably small for the price. I have some Swarovski hoop earrings with a heart same sort of design and there is no comparison they are much bigger and were a similar price. I bought a pair for my daughter's 30th birthday and a pair for me wish I hadn't. The only consolation was I got 20% of through you. Swarovski need to look at the size and pricing of these earrings I am so disappointed money down the drain I'm afraid I like the design just the size is the issue.

Always been pleased with the service and price until I had a cause to contact them. Despite having several pairs of earrings from them this last pair were not right. The posts were black and the backs didn't fit well, they are very tight and hard to put on. The response I received was that because no one else had made this complaint then that's it. They haven't even bothered to answer my second response. Shocking customer service. Shame, otherwise would have given a 5.

For my previous experiences of using Duty Free crystal I rated those experiences as excellent - for both value and delivery serice. However this one took nearly two months to arrive - the first time that has happened. Since there was no response to my emailed request for information I have no alternative but to rate the review as 'Poor'. The experience means that i shall be more cautious next time. Shame about that.

Ordered Item 15 days before friends birthday but on friends birthday parcel had still not arrived. It took 2-3 weeks before it got delivered. Tracking number was given but was useless as couldn’t track parcel! Emailed customer service on 27/12/18 but up to date 2/1/19 they have not responded.

The earrings looked nothing like the picture on the internet very disappointed. Tried to get a refund but as they are earrings and were posted to me they would not do it. I think there should be seats on the earrings when posted

The pen is very nice but, I have bought this as a Christmas gift and I expected it to be in a box...........It came with a gift bag which is too small! Very disappointed!!

Ordered 2 bracelets for choice. Disappointingly, original postage charge was deducted from the refund. Coupled with having to pay return costs myself, I will not purchase from DFC again.

I have already filled a survey in about my purchase how many surveys do you pester your customers with. I was happy until this survey arrived they are a nuisance.

Item ordered and Duty Free Crystal sent email saying I had cancelled my order which I had not. Then received email inviting me to re-order the item at a price nearly £25.00 more expensive. No reply to my email querying their actions. Not good business practice.

On a previous purchase I mistakenly converted some of my points to a voucher before realising that the purchase was not enough to use the voucher. I contacted them via their website to ask if the point could be reinstated as i was unable to use it but have been totally ignored not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement. I have been a customer for a good number of years over which time I have spent thousands with them. Very unhappy.

I felt the bracelet was very cheap looking and not long enough for the average wrist. I was very disappointed with my purchase. I have been a customer for a long time and the quality has dropped.
