Very strange, as this is the first contact we have received from the customer regarding the issue. We would have endeavoured to help the best we could if he had reached out to us, or made us aware that there was a problem.

“The necklace looks like have ven used. Chain is a little darker not gold color like a new one. Probably l received the item who they used in display for a long time l will no more purchase by Duty free . highly disappointed I'm sorry”

“I have always purchased my Swarovski from their own online store. However, after reading a review I decided to try Duty Free Crystal. I ordered a Star Wars Death Star online and within 48 hours it had arrived. It was well packaged and in it’s own Swarovski box. To my surprise there was even a Swarovski receipt. Even better, as it was duty free it was 20% cheaper than the official Swarovski online store. I will use Duty Free Crystal again. Thank you for the great customer service.”

“Good seller. The product was received within a few days. The pearl swarovski crystal quality is average. Nothing special. Lacking in sparkle for the particular item bought around 50 or 60 quid. I will not be recommending the pearl necklace from swarovski.”

Item dispatched and delivered within 3 days of receiving replenished stock. Funds captured immediately (as per our T&C's). Listed as a pre order (so stock will be sent once the item arrives in store, which was also stated on the website). Repeatedly communicated stock delays to customers via social media / newsletters which were beyond our control. Free delivery and Vat prepaid on behalf of the customer. We could do little more (and still a negative review)
