“Wrong item sent, felt I had been fobbed off!!! Told to take it to nearest stockist and they'll swap it!!!! Absolute rubbish, further email said to send it back and they'll refund postage. No apology, no acknowledgement no notification of receipt or of refund. Leaves much to warrant anything other than a "poor" rating.”

“I had been trying to get hold of this item and every time it came back into stock I managed to miss it, but I emailed Duty Free and asked if they could reserve one for me which they did and now it hangs beautifully in my cabinet. They are a wonderful company and the goods always arrive swiftly.”
