“ordered the item in November and it was not delivered until January... I had to keep pushing for a delivery date and only in january when i asked for a full refund did it get sent to me. First time i have had an issue with them but I would say keep on top of your orders.”

“Earrings were bought as a gift. I was pleased with the service - arrived promptly, nicely packaged and with a small Swarovski gift bag included. The earrings were very pretty and the crystals on the inside of the hoop at the back were a nice detail! The recipient loved them and put them in straight away to wear at her birthday meal.”

“I am happy with the earrings. However this was a Xmas present purchased in November and I didn't receive it until mid January. I wasn't informed when purchasing the item that it was out of stock I had to contact the company to find out what had happened at that point had no time left to purchase them elsewhere. So really disappointed at the customer service received. Not even a offer of a discount for the delay. So would I buy again if I wasn't in a hurry for the item yes. If I was no.”
