“A beautiful watch, my was was over the moon with it! Nothing but praise for Duty Free Crystal: good prices, secure packaging and - a nice touch - a hand written note. Definitely recommended.”

“Have purchased every year from this company and have always been more than happy. Sadly, on this occasion their customer service was appalling and truly let them down. It wasn't the outcome of the transaction that was the issue. It was the blunt , rude and unprofessional attitude from one of their staff that terribly let down an otherwise usually helpful and brilliant business ! Would not use Duty Free Crystal again .”

We have already responded to this review. Please see the comments as stated previously Many thanks for the review. With regret we cannot be held responsible for a customers inability to purchase the correct item; and read and fully understand our T&C's. Only when our returns policy was provided (and not agreed with) a poor review was given.

“Duty Free Crystal are absolutely great! I started a collection of Annual Christmas Stars for my daughter when she got married - 9 stars later and still going strong. Duty Free Crystal is my 1st point of call each year now and they NEVER disappoint. Thoroughly recommended and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you!”

“Poor customer service ! All very helpful until they've got your money, then don't want to know. Have ordered every year from them but sadly no longer - appalling, rude and unhelpful”

“Absolute joke … delivered to wrong address and not the one given as shipping address … someone needs to learn the difference between billing address and shipping address … totally dissatisfied with Duty Free Crystal … final nail in the coffin I need to give one star in order to post review”
