“A beautiful watch, my was was over the moon with it! Nothing but praise for Duty Free Crystal: good prices, secure packaging and - a nice touch - a hand written note. Definitely recommended.”

“Have purchased every year from this company and have always been more than happy. Sadly, on this occasion their customer service was appalling and truly let them down. It wasn't the outcome of the transaction that was the issue. It was the blunt , rude and unprofessional attitude from one of their staff that terribly let down an otherwise usually helpful and brilliant business ! Would not use Duty Free Crystal again .”

“Duty Free Crystal are absolutely great! I started a collection of Annual Christmas Stars for my daughter when she got married - 9 stars later and still going strong. “Duty Free Crystal always fulfills my expectations when I purchase from them, Their service is excellent. My latest order, the SCS piece for 2021 was ordered on Sunday, and arrived safely on Tuesday, certainly very good service on my book. Although I usually order on line, when I actually visited the shop in Guernsey, I was given a lovely welcome, and the staff were very helpful. I will always buy my Swarovski pieces from Duty Free Crystal.”
