“I called the number I was given 3 times. No one answered or called me back. Then I went online and did it from there. I almost didn't choose your company because of that.”

We are a digital first service, unfortunately, we do not always have an agent available for phone support, however our online response time is much faster. “Its only easy to buy this insurance. It’s a horrible experience when it comes to getting a clear answer for basic things. Jessica and Ashley know how to make smileys but would not answer your question properly. I wonder how they handle claims when a real issue arises. So far I am just disappointed in them.”

“I used Duuo for vendor insurance for our Art in the Park event in Brighton Ont. on Aug. 5. This went smoothly and I was satisfied with the service. However, I am now trying to get vendor insurance for our Applefest event in Brighton Ont. in September and the system will not let me even log into my account. This is very frustrating as I need to have the paperwork into event planners by August 1 and I am now not able to get insurance from Duuo because you won't let me log in. I was not able to contact you by phone and I am not sure if this review will be seen. Not pleased at the moment.”

“Moved out of my apartment over a year ago... despite many request and chat communications you have not cancelled my policy & direct withdrawals continue!!! If Jessica is real person, has done nothing to help!!!! Difficult to understand that escalation is the only option for resolution with this company!!!”
