I sign up for insurance and after the first month you raise the price! Not cool. My regular insurance company gave me a better deal.

this program is double what it used to cost for farmers market insurance. Ive never had to pay extra before to add additional insured.

Don't waste your time with this company. You can only purchase insurance online but the system doesn't work and the support staff treat their issues like a joke. After several wasted hours and rude correspondence, I finally took the hint and walked away from this joke of a company.

I'm still waiting to get connected to intercom. Been here since Nov. Noone ever seems to help or call. Terrible service!

You asked me to pay 40 dollars every month because I didn't have a a good credit score , while I had a top credit back in China but your country's institution ignored it. You treated me like a potential criminal and I endured for 8 months. But my roommate who is also a newcomer just arrived here from the same country only pays 20, that just makes me doubt your credibility. When I tried to contact your customer service, I waited for 2 days and got the reply which was copied and pasted from Q&A box. I can't let me insured by someone who I can't even trust.

When an accident happens to a customer, you don't really check the fault and you like the insurance rate increase. I switched to another company and brought you a client, but you didn't even give me a discount.

There are multiple rating factors that our underwriters use to determine premium rates, such as postal code, credit score, crime rates, and claims, to name a few. I tried to purchase insurance from 3 different devices but the link wasnt working. I called customer service twice but they said it was working on their end. I tried all suggestions but it still wouldn't work.
