I was requesting to add my landlord email and i was not given an option. Was supposed to cancel and re apply with my landlord info but nobody came back to me for it. I just want to add my landlord's enail to receive my insurance copy every month!

Its only easy to buy this insurance. It’s a horrible experience when it comes to getting a clear answer for basic things. Jessica and Ashley know how to make smileys but would not answer your question properly. I wonder how they handle claims when a real issue arises. So far I am just disappointed in them.

Moved out of my apartment over a year ago... despite many request and chat communications you have not cancelled my policy & direct withdrawals continue!!! If Jessica is real person, has done nothing to help!!!! Difficult to understand that escalation is the only option for resolution with this company!!!

I wish I could give this company a half a star!!! No one responds to chat, emails or phone calls!! Been trying for DAYS to speak with an actual human being and no one is EVER available!!!😠

Don't make a big mistake I've made with This company! I'm a vendor, and they're screwed up my Policy so bad that I couldn't fixed it. And Farmers market Ontario is admitted that they are terrible,not answering phones,emails,when duuo give you options to fix a problem something else comes up. When all options are out they send you an email that you can fixing the problem your self but nothing works Don't listen to a macin that's give 5 stars for they own self. And make sure that you don't deal with machines when you have serious business.

I'm being treated horribly after having my vehicle broke into and all my personal belongings stolen there asking me for my bank statements and cell phone history . ! I'm now just getting a lawyer

Estou tendo dificuldades com a validação do meu telefone. E, não sei se por isso, não estou conseguindo efetuar a troca das informações do meu cartão de crédito para o débito da mensalidade. Cadastrei um cartão virtual (temporário) e, com isso, a fatura não foi debitada, fui editar para cadastrar um cartão de crédito que aceite débito recorrente mas, apesar da informação ter sido trocada no site, a parcela continua sendo debitada no cartão anterior, e não no novo cadastrado. Sendo assim, por duas vezes, o débito foi negado. E não consigo efetuar o pagamento, que vence hoje! Então, não recomendo muito os serviços, por essas questões. Ainda no aguardo do transcorrer do dia para ver se será debitado no cartão certo 🤞🏻🙏🏻

I have been trying to contact Duuo to get more information on short term rental insurance since I could not find the information I am looking for on their website. I have phoned but there is an answering machine that is full so it is not taking new messages; the chat feature on the website is disabled; lastly, I have sent two emails and no answer.

they specifically said they wouldn’t bother me with emails if i subscribe to them but they are. i receive way too many.
