Duuo does not allow the facility of multiple days booking on a weekly basis. This is a big drawback so we have to do multiple applications.

Je ne trouve pas les méthodes utilisées pour la facturation juste , le montant de ma facture est énorme pour un nouvel arrivant qui n'a pas d'emploi. Vos différents processus n'aident pas les immigrants à mieux s'installer

I don’t recommend this insurance company.They raised the monthly fees after a month, this is not right. They just wait until you purchase a policy to increase the price the following month. I didn’t realize until too late that they have been charging more every month.

There are multiple rating factors that our underwriters use to determine premium rates, such as postal code, credit score, crime rates, and claims, to name a few. I run an event business which revolves heavily around fun and games... The fact that your policy does not allow me to play games is detrimental to me and I will absolutely be seeking better coverage elsewhere in the future.

Last year was the first time that I purchased vendor insurance. I created an account and recorded my password. This year I tried to login to my account but was unable to. I finally ended up creating a new account using another e-mail address. I consider myself computer literate but I had trouble navigating the site as well

My bike has been stolen 1 month ago inside of my building. I field a claim. Absolutely no help from my real estate agency. I haven’t received any compensation from Duuo + they don’t answer. Nobody gives a damn, then I cancel ! Duuo, answer this simple question : What's the point of paying for insurance if you can't get compensation?

Spent better part of the day trying to send application tomyour on line registration and unable to contact anyone from this outfit to assist me. Finally got it through and just seemed to be no reason except poorly set up Website. Other applicants also had a hard time with it.

As a landlord I do not like Duuo Insurance because the policies are only one month at a time and if you have a 1 year lease, you have no idea if the tenant has cancelled the insurance after the first month.

When a landlord's email address is entered through the online quoting process at the time of policy purchase, a landlord will be notified of policy purchase and will be notified in the event the policy is cancelled. The help center is useless. And your system keep changing The address that I am listing without reason. Already cancelled 2 policies cause your website readjust my address for no apparent reason

my price doubled after a few months i was told its was because of my credit but at that point i never missed a payment and when I raised concern I was told I could leave
