“I get notified punctually when someone chooses so I can update files and I also get notified when a policy has been cancelled. Easy for me to keep my records up to date.”

“I purchased the wrong insurance for my needs and when the error was discovered, you directed me to the correct insurance, returned the funds on the wrong purchase and had the new one in place with in a day and well in time for the event I needed it for. You even emailed proof to the event co-coordinator.”
