“I used Duuo for vendor insurance for our Art in the Park event in Brighton Ont. on Aug. 5. This went smoothly and I was satisfied with the service. However, I am now trying to get vendor insurance for our Applefest event in Brighton Ont. in September and the system will not let me even log into my account. This is very frustrating as I need to have the paperwork into event planners by August 1 and I am now not able to get insurance from Duuo because you won't let me log in. I was not able to contact you by phone and I am not sure if this review will be seen. Not pleased at the moment.”

“All good. Easy to complete form. One little suggestion, there is a repetitive loop that I cannot seem to avoid. I complete the name of the event and location then continue, and I am asked for the same info again.”
